This is just a thought I had when I saw a group looking for members with the req of a title. Instead of just applying a glad title or a certain rank, or even a champ title to getting into a guild or a group, I feel that a percent unlocked title for both skills(or even have skills divided into elite and non-elite) and items, would be better overall I personally have at least 75% unlocked from GvGing and other guild things, but my guild doesn't hoh or TA very often so when I'm by myself looking for a group (only occasionally in TA) in HoH or TA I cant get into a decent group with out some form of title(glad or hero), and I have no proof that I have 75% skills unlocked, so I can't get into anything but an unranked group. I think that this title would also take the place of a Balthazar faction based title, because even people who PvE mainly would be able to wear this, and having skills unlocked usually means you give a damn about the skills or you have too much faction/money.

Now, there might be some people thinking things along the lines of "Chaco, why don't you earn the other titles and stop complaining about not having them?"

And you know, I would but I cant devote that much time to guild wars any more, especially for the amount I would play in HoH or TA with it. I don't try to look for a group for more than 30 minutes(max) before I give up and go PvE or head to RA. Because I don't like wasting all of what little time I have playing GWs, on looking for a group.

I do think that these titles would be a great addition to the game and I would love to have enough support to get them put into the game. Constructive criticism, questions, and comments are all appreciated and welcome.

It actually is a nice idea. Only problem I see is that the title would change %with the release of new campaigns.
