I actually enjoy the idea of Gwen coming back as a hero, or possibly just a main NPC (Togo, Mhenlo, Rurik).

However as a romance happening, thats a horrific idea. Remember, there are girl characters in the game and that would create controvesy beyond measure. Dont say OH, well people should get over it, because if ANET were to allow potential homosexual romance it would either be formally changed or shut down the game completely because of the extremely stong feelings about this topic in current day society. Not to mention they'd loose thousands and thousands of players.

So lets just stick to her being a powerful NPC. Of course she will need to age because the character ages in the game are supposed to be around the 20's (based on the henchmen ages). So she would need to be as of age as us.

I should start collecting Gwen's lost things.. i think it'll be like a mission where Gwen's gone crazy with her smite skills, killing everyone in her path.. then you show up and show her the flute and the cape and she "remembers" everything and turns good and defeats the charr (who are now level 35+) with you.

If the homosexual thing happens players would be disgraced by their character for thier whole year!

LOL! The Bi-Gwen thing is a joke. I'm just trying to enliven the discussion.

Thanks for backing me on the return of Gwen. Hey, what ever form she takes when she returns (oh, and she WILL return) will be a good thing. I'm hoping for a more interactive environment and a storyline that truly involves the player built chars, NPCs, and heroes.

Indeed... start collecting the broken flute, torn cape, and preserved red iris!

I can't wait for my next issue of PC Gamer!!! Bring it whatever it is!
