Default Persistence of Memory & Symbolic Posture

Persistance of memory:
The problem with this skill is that it is too fragile for beeing an enchantment. When you expect beeing interrupted you will probably be interrupted by a mesmer, and almost every mesmer at pvp carries a enchantment removal (shatter mainly). Therefore it is a waste of energy considering you will have to waste your energy again to recast the interrupted spell and recast Persistance of Memory.
By this, i suggest that Persistance of Memory becomes a stance (with proper modifications). If its a stance it means you wont be able to use Distortion, Mantra of Signets, Mantra of Persistance or Hex Breaker. You wont be countered easly, but you also wont be able to use the other mesmer stances.

Persistance of Memory
Energy: 5
Stance
Recharge: 20
Stance. For 5...14...17 seconds, whenever a Spell you cast is interrupted, that Spell is instantly recharged.

Of course it wont last its recharge time, i would consider it overpowered. But a 5 secs without it shouldnt kill you.

Symbolic Posture:
This is far worst then Mantra of Signets, and you cant even use it with the other mantras. A 20sec recharge will never compensate its use. 10 energy its just too much to be used on a single signet.

Symbolic Posture
Energy 10
Recharge 25
Stance. For 5...17 seconds, the next 1...2...2 Signet you activate recharges 20...68...84% faster.

It would be great to use it to double-cast signet of weariness or any other signet. But you wont get the option to use it on too many signets like mantra of signets.
