Well we already have some super bosses in game.
But I'll have to say yes to more powerful bosses. But no to anything which requires specific classes and builds. That would serve only to be a pain

The Titan Quests give you just what your asking for. Very hard bosses in mass to kill.
But the problem is the same; as more people move away from previous campaigns such as prophercies, there are less people to do the titan quests.
If they add oober strong bosses which take PUGs of 8-10 people to kill, then your reliant on there being 8-10 players there. If there isnt, as in alot of areas of GWs where the numbers are low, then those bosses become un-used and unkillable.
This is why its best to keep bosses to lvl30 or 31, and not make them require oober big PUGs to kill. If missions, quests and bosses become too hard to kill or complete with just a well equipped AI party then the game would be stuffed.
We all know there is a growing trend of it being very hard to form PUGs.
Can you imagine trying to use 3 heroes and 4-6 heroes against an oober boss? I couldnt see it working.
Its not that I dislike the idea of an oober boss, but I can see it going the way of the Titan quests. People will do them, but eventually drindle away.

id love to see super bosses, like they should make,Abbadon,Shiro,Glint And lich harder, but if they do this, id like to see a raid option otherwise it would stink =P well, over i say:

Four Elements Monster with ability to change skill set randomly from all available elemental spells each 30 seconds and got like 20000HP and armor rating to be 60.
When HP goes low, it start spawn monsters what attempt to heal him with monster only skill.
