Here are my thoughts about drunkard:
First. I'd like it to have an effect icon, much like 'Saint Victor's Ashes' and 'Archemorus Spear' ones... it would be absolutely cool, showing your current degree of drunkenness and the remaining time until you drop one level. This will help people that cna't activate the Postprocessing due to GfxCard limitations.
And for the title effect, I had a... well... funny yet realistic idea. ONLY while under the effects of spirits in battle, you'll suffer from a penalty of some kind, but have awesomely luck strikes, for example:
Level 1: -1 all attributes, 2% chance to have +5 to all attributes when using a skill.
Level 2: -1 all attributes, 20% chance to have +5 to all attributes when using a skill.
That is, the title would be useless if you are not drunk, but when you are drunk in battle, it will activate.
I had this idea, thinking about a dwarf you know, that likes to run all over the place yelling things. I like the idea of a carelss drunk dumbass that get the party in problmes, but sometimes he has great lucky strike and saves the day.
I'll agree with some skills acting a bit different in PvE while drunk.
