Default a handy little feature
the other night as i was running myself through the dessert i found it to be fairly difficult to do since i have never been there before and had no clue where to go (other than the little help from a wiki map) so i started thinking.... something that would be helpful on things would be to have the option to put waypoints on your big map. then have a little arrow pointing to that waypoint. or to be able to draw a line or route on the big map to be able to show on your mini map. now yes you can draw on your mini map but it will dissapear after a few seconds.
this would be helpful during gameplay. you could help stratagize (spell check??) and plan routes. so if a friend was going to give you a run or something. you could get into zone and draw a little line or map out different colored waypoints on the map. then you could just pay attention to your mini map instead of having to either memorize or keep checking back onto the map to make sure you are going the right way.. please put your input on this subject.
i know alot of guild members and alliance members feel the same way about this!

That's a pretty neat thought, kindof like hero flags, only for the rest of your team This way you can flag things like quest locations for the rest of your team, or focus a general strategic location for your party in GvG or some other kind of large-moving battlefield like Aspenwood or the Quarry.

I think something similar to this was suggested before. Either way, it's a good idea, I think.
