Runes, of course. ^_^

To use the Balthazar's Judgment, you'd have 12 in the attribute already.
Then you can either have a helmet with +1 Swordsmanship and a Major Rune to add another +2, giving you +3 in all, or you can just add a Superior Rune of Swordsmanship.

I like this idea, adds more content which is always good. As long as a reasonable amount of them are added there shouldn't be a mass of people with the same weapon. I agree these should either be God Realms or Hard Mode. As to why always red all the other primary colours are taken. Yellow/Orange, Blue, White, Green, Black would be hard to read.

So basically there tricked out uber weapons with a cool animation/skin. I like it but their req needs to be outlandish to balance it.

Can you add a bow too? Then I'll most definitely sign =D
but /signed anyway since it's been discussed for PvE only.

Hmm, PvE-only weapons seem interesting. Hard mode or GWEN has them should be good.

How about this:
Really hard .1 drop rate daggers
Blades of the Forsaken
7-17 Dmg (Req 10 Dagger Mastery)
+90 Health (Req 10 Shadow Arts)
Instant Enemy Death (0.1% Chance)
Looks like this:

(Of course it CAN'T be the same but it can be similar)

Added concept sketch for Balth's Judgment. Added "PvE only" text.

I'll add more concept sketches later, as well as weapon stats for Daggers, Bows, and Scythes.

Why do they have to be Outlandish Reqs.?

It can only be used in PvE and just replace common sword/shield Spear/Shield, etc combos for a two handed wep.

As for Bow, I'd imagine maybe

a sort of assassin's bow
7-17 Piercing Damage
+15% > 50
+1 Critical Strike
req. 9 Marksmenship
req. 3 Shadow Arts.

Fire Rate equal to shortbow/flatbow, with recurve bow range and Firing arc.

Maybe it can have crossbow skin.

Outland Requirement is due to enhance the 'specialty' of them and limit the use to only those who are willing to will their true potential. That is why we would need to see a very high, if not maxed, requirement on these items.

And, they shouldn't be common at all. They should literally drop a hundred, maybe two, a month. They should be that rare for all players globally.

Neat idea, but I'd like to see an absolute max req in stats to use. i.e. 16

Make them something special and taxing to wield.

O.o

I'm a little confuzzled to how you'd have a constant 17 in an attribute...

Am I unaware of something?

well thats the point 17 can be made but not constantly, it'd be pretty cool to have powerful weapons that could only be used by superhuman effects >.>

Edit:And there's a zillion ways to get 17 atts besides the + 1 20%, and those can be made constant if needed.
