Halves casting time wand wrappings ?
Currently I use a Fire wand on my Ele which does Halves casting time of Fire (Chance: 20%) with Energy+5 (when health is above 50%) from a Weaponsmith outside Kaineng.
Now I wanted to make my own item in gold with the same attributes like the one from the Weaponsmith... problem: there are no wand wrappings that do halves casting time, only 2 for halves skill recharge (Wand wrapping of Quickening / of Memory).
I know that there's an inscription that does HCT, but the problem is that I would need another inscription already to get energy+5 / ^50%.
What about adding 2 new wand wrappings, one that does HCT of spells (Chance: 5-10%) and another HCT of spells of item's attribute (Chance: 10-20%) ???
