Earlier Storage Upgrades in Prophecies Campaign
I have been wondering why do you not get to upgrade your storage account when you get to Ascalon from the Pre-Searing?
In Factions you get to Shing Jea Monastary and theres a Storage Upgrades agent. In Nightfall you get to Kamadan and theres a Storage Upgrades agent. In Prophecies you finish the Pre-Searing then yuo have to go through the whole of Ascalon, all of theNorthern Shiverpeaks and through the start of Kryta until you get to Lions Arch before you can upgrade your storage account. This is all good and well but if your travelling to Lions Arch from Cantha or Elona you will have already upgraded your storage account. Also it prevents people getting to all important crafting materials needed for armour for the early areas of Tyria.
It doesn't make much sense that you cant get upgrades early in Prophecies and you have to log on with another character put your materials into the normal storage vault then log in with your newly made one get the materials craft your armour then put them BACK into the upgraded part with your other character. Also if you're a new player and have started with the Prophecies campaign then it would be easier to store crafting materials in the upgraded storage rather than use your normal vault that could be used for runes items and such? Most could argue that you wont find anything of any use in aslcalon and the Pre-searing but is this not true for the start of any campaign?
Either way I think this is something that should be adressed and it would be interesting to see peoples thoughts on this.
Happy Hunting!

Personaly, I don't agree, i don't agree to the crafting material storage in Prophecies and Nightfall at all realy, originaly it was only found in Factions, and it was one of the main reasons i brought the game, it's just a personal grudge to be honest but blah, about a week after i brought factions the material storage was put into Prophecies, and it was in nightfall on release, which is unfair! >cry<
other than that, it's not realy to much hassle, should you need crafting materials, to swap to a charecter who does have material storage, and move a stack of what you need into general storage, then move it back later, it's not as easy, but it's an alternative, and on that note perhaps it should be removed from Shing Jea too... Kamadan and Lions Arch are the Main Towns of the prophecies and nightfall, which is why they have it (i'd imagine), so maybe it should be moved (for Cantha) to only be in Kieneng.

Are you serious? The reason it was added to all three games was to bring balance to the games. Much like the armor argument in another post nothing should be different and give players who own all three games an advantage over those who only have one or two.

That is a big hassle log off with your list, log on move all that crap around, log off again, log back on, get your materials, build armor.
or
Open storage, get materials, build armor.
For the original post.
/signed Very good idea and fair as well. Even low levels need to make armor. Why put them through the hell of all the transfer. If not ascalon then maybe courthouse or yaks bend. Though i think ascalon would be best.

Shing Jea and Kamadan have him, they are both the 'starting' cities.
They should be in: Ascalon, Lion's Arch, Kamadan, Shing Jea and Kaineng.
Al the starting and 'port' cities.

if putting the crafting materials on a general slot in the storage for one of your character bothers you. Then you better prepare for a life filled with misery.
Such minor inconvience do not deserve attention
