Default Sunspear rank improvement

Hey guys i'm not really sure how this is going to sound but here it goes anyway. I believe that while achieving your sunspear rank, it should allow bonuses like lightbringers does. I'm thinking something on the lines of whenever you do a sunspear quest from Kormir or whoever, you get to do like 3% more dmg for every rank. Also I think it would be good to get some more skills in this rank.
Anyone Agree or have more ideas to put foward?

Sure, why not.

With only new additions being grind, might as well add that.

Also, have xp constribute to damage. Each 100k xp increases your damage by 1%.

Cartographer adds movement speed, 10% for each continent explored.

Lucky increases crittical hit chance.

Unlucky increases chance of others scoring a critical hit against you.

Drunkard increases damage of drunken blow by 200%.

Let's put all titles to good use and finally reward the grinders.

I'd like some more skills that are affected by the Sunspear title. However, I think that adding a damage bonus may cause exploits. Because how would this be worked out? Would you just have to have the quest in your quest log and then you get a damage bonus each time you attack something? This seems like a grey area to me and the 3% damage bonus is actually a lot considering how easy it is to earn Sunspear points.

I do however like the idea of granting effects for every title that someone has earned. Perhaps rather than adding a damage bonus there could be useable Sunspear Warrior/Archer/Mage henchmen that you can use and the higher your Sunspear rank the more of these henchmen you can command at one time. This wouldn't affect the party size but it would allow you supliment regular henchmen for the foot soldiers that you see in and around Istan.

Rather than increase damage (and make it like lightbringer), I'd prefer Sunspear to help party members/allies instead. For example make that 3% per rank to work on the effects and/or durations of those spells/enchantments/signets/traps/wells/wards/shouts/chants (plus whatever I missed) that affects party members/allies.

The Sunspear skills should also scale with no. of party members to relate back to their famous "As a Sunspear, you never fight alone".

Needless to say, of course the effect does not apply in PvP similar to those attribute/armour boosting food. So even if it were to restore Incoming back to 6 seconds it won't affect any PvP balance.

Wow thats a great idea as are the others. Like a special sunspear shout that says "Never Fight Alone" and you heal surrounding allies a certain amount which will increase with rank

Greate idea. Most builds only need around 5% to enchant duration to have some enchantments permanent. Then it would finally become possible to solo anything in game. In hard mode even.

Default I Made Spearmaster Today Here Are Facts

1st: When you reach CASTELLION you get no more bonuses in NORMAL MODE
so you MUST be in HARD MODE> HERE ARE START POINTS where you can start from and where you are going:
BEST: Start: Gate of Desolation going to Sulfurous Waste. Awakened dead
are in same place as Normal mode and Sunspear Guard is right at the resurrection point. In fact there is a Sunspear Guard at all of these entrances at the resurrection points. I got 570 points per run today.
2nd Best: Remains of Sahlahja to Sulfurous Waste. 560 points per run also today.
OTHER: Havnt done all but there is a Sunspear Guard who gives you the Bonuse at every one:
Beknur Harbor to Issnur Isles
Beknur Harbor to Cliffs of Dohjok
Sunspear Great Hall to Plain of Jarin
Jokanur Diggings and Blacktide Den going to Fahranur the 1st City.
Yohlon Haven and Kodanur Crossroards to Arkjok Ward
THERE PROABLY ARE MANY MORE< BUT I ONLY DEAL IN FACTS NOT SPECULATION> LOL
There has been a lot of confusion of this topic. Maybe this will help clear up some of it.. Oh by the way You now need 50,000 points to get title. I am going for my 10th title and this one seems to be the fastest I have left.

all sunspear bonuses are reactivated for hard mode with extra points added on. there's also bonus points for killing bosses

In Hardmode:

If you have "Officer Lohru: A Show of Force (Difficulty: Master)" and "# Infantryman Hareh: Requiem for a Brain" quests activated you can make at least 600+ Sunspear Points and 600+ Lightbringer points in just over an half an hour. Also the gold you make is well over 1k. Just dont complete the quests and keep them active.

A good idea IMO however that would create a major balance issue.
