ANET quit violating your own rules..
http://www.guildwars.com/support/leg...sofconduct.php
Look at rules #10 and #11 in the Rules of Conduct. They claim that it is illegal to sell in game items, yet they were selling magazines containing free mini pets, and these magazines were NOT free. Also, they are selling skills, character slots, runes and more at the official Guild Wars Store. I think that ANET should have to follow there own Rules of Conduct and stop selling in game items for real life currency.

It says "you".
The fact is, it's ANet's game, their minipets, their runes, their skills, and if they want to sell them for real money then it's up to them and they have every right to.

Agreed. It's their product so they can do whatever they want with it . Everything is up to them.

Didn't Blizzard get fined for violating their own terms and agreement? You still applies to them, just as much as us.

But they're not exactly selling in game items. You're still buying the magazine, not just the pet. Character slots aren't necessarily counted as in game items, depending on how you define it. The PvP pack is basically like buying the game. I'm not sure about the runes, since I've never seen it, but I'm sure they can claim it works something like the PvP pack.

The only things that ANet can't violate are those you paid for. That is what they agreed on fullfilling when you paid them. Everything else they can change.

ROFL!! Are you serious or did you just get up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and needed to make up something to rant on?
Arena Net owns the game. They are allowed to sell it. Period. End of Story.
If you want to get technical, the mini asura was given away free by A-Net. You paid for the magazine.

Sardelac is for game suggestions. If you have a complaint about something ANet did, email them.
