I forgot to mention It is an elite.
and u can activate it just on one target.

Maybe give there a + cast time for any spells casted afterward.

well it is only one target but this would work if you added a little line that says "while not under the effects of an enchantment."

Yeah I agree with the enchantment thingy. But if you don't like that, then the duration is a wee bit too long.

Furthermore... VERY few adrenline based skills have a recharge time. Either make it energy based or just up the cost to like 7 adrenaline.

Double/Triple Paragons in a team == RaO for all the melee dealer?

It last 24 seconds max, its recharge is 30 seconds, so whoever casts it can only keep it on one person.

@ The RaO comparison ,

so according to how guys seethis skill as: 2/3 melee and 2/3 casters with this skill keeping it on the melee constant ( on recharge) and that means the melee can have a elite weapon attack or something similar while having a constant boost.

Current RaO , 2/3 rangers with RaO keeping it on themselfs constant ( unless pet is dead or not enough enerrgy) and that means the 2/3 people that would have this skill "Im counting on you" can have other elites for damage or support.

Tell me again how that is so different?

eh im a fan of paragons, my one is my favourite character, and im running out of support buids (DoA and HA teams hate me

). so, i think a skill like this would be GREAT..but it is a little too off balance, and the 'under no enchantments' thing to make it work is still a little skimpy, but maybe a: for 15-24 seconds, you attack 25% slower, move 25% slower, and your attacks deal 30-20% less damage.Target ally attacks 25-29% faster, moves 25-29% faster, and his attacks deal 35-45% more damage, but 20-10 less armor.

It would have to be under Leadership, otherwise this would be prime for any Paragon secondary.

It'd be pretty awesome on an E/P or Me/P or some other paragon secondary that doesn't deal damage through attacks. Adrenaline spike anyone?
