Hard mode Group Marker in outposts
Hello
just wanted to suggest a small modification that might make life easier when you´re in an outpost and looking for a group,
as you all know, when theres more then 1 person in a party, the party leader gets a baby blue marker over his head with the number of people in the group,
heres a suggestion to make it easier, have the marker above the party leader turn red when when hard mode is selected, that way, when looking for a party, you can see if the party is going to do missions or explore in hardmode or in normal mode.
just an idea to make it easier to find groups,

Not needed.
If people would actually use the party search feature it tells you who is in hard mode.

Only if the player ticks "seak party", and NO one ever does!
It IS needed.
This idea of using a colour or icon to symbolise those wanting hard mode is great. I made a post myself asking for icons over heads. But even a colour change would be nice.
Anything, aslong as its distinctive and visible within seconds of entering a town or city.
/signed for some kind of HM symbolism.

This suggestion has already been posted elsewhere, but over the past week or so my experiences have shown me that this is very much needed. If I had 1k every time I stood in a mission outpost and received self-invites from normal mode players, despite calling "LFG Hard Mode" on local, I'm sure I could afford a FoW armour set by now. It gets really annoying when you accept invites and it resets the whole party to normal mode, followed by abuse hurled from the normal mode player as you have to kick him/her from the party. Changing the colour of the party icon to red would be an easy way of showing a hard mode party. Alternatively, make it so that normal mode players can't self-invite to hard mode parties. We already have the message "The merged party would be too large", so why not have "The party is running hard mode. You do not have hard mode unlocked" for this occasion?
....and yes, I do use search party as well.

That is my point exactly, i should have posted it better. The idea itself is great, the problem is that it really wont solve anything.
I think that the suggestion made by Yol would be effective if they added the part about non hard mode people not being able to self invite to a hard mode party. But without that you get the same problem except you have a flashy red icon above your head. Until they actually start requiring a certain level of maturity and intelligence to play the game (and actually actively enforcing it) nothing will change.
anyways,
/signed with Yol's modifications
