Was thinking about the end game green weapons the other day and I realized that I dont really use any of them, because i don't like their mods. So I thought why not let us mod them ourselves? Like with the torment weapons

let us pick a gold item with an inscription slot and let us do whatever we want with them.

The point of them being green in the first place I guess is to let the casual player get a free "perfect" item, so my idea might might not benefit those who can't afford to buy all the perfect mods or whatever. To go around this problem maybe let the items come with the most wanted mods pre set or something, maybe even let us choose what mods to put on them before getting them? These would not be salvageable, only upgradeable.

What do you think?

(btw I searched for something like this and couldn't really find any, if I missed something I'm sorry)

I don't see why not. Why not let those who want a green get a green, and those who don't get a gold...

IT have no Endgame area or items.
