Cutscene suggestions
When a cutscene is being played, I would like the following ...
- A countdown timer showing how long the cutscene will last and when it's about to finish
- Ability to cancel the pressed skip button if you have already clicked "skip"
- Cutscene time frozen so minons don't die out and we don't lose health if attacked. (I know this has been suggested before)
What is everyone's opinions?

/signed, but make it kinda small and in the corner so it doesn't draw attention to itself.

/signed, never had that happen to me, but I am sure some when it does, I'd want it!

Definitely singed to that.
What really needs to be done about cutsences is force skip if the majority wants to skip and just make the cutscenes repayable by talking to an NPC or something; everyone wins!

Sure, why not?

- Ability to replay the cutscene, by talking to an NPC, would be better and less time-consuming for the rest of the team.

/my suggestion
It's a bit silly to be in a game movie - when you already beaten that part of the game - and still hear minions attacking or yourself being attacked.
It stains the whole cutscene groove...
- Enemies could be turned neutral, thus eliminating that nuisance.

Cutscene time IS frozen already; I can't remember how long ago this was implemented.
Watching a cutscene doesn't effect Mission time (so if you want Masters at Vizunah Square, skipping all the cutscenes ASAP won't shave off a few seconds) and minion health doesn't decline. I'm also fairly certain that NPC, enemy, and player health is locked during a cutscene, because I recall NPCs and characters being killed by minions during cutscenes from pre-Factions, to as far back as the beta I believe.

Good point there, but having minions attacking and characters being attacked while in a cutscene is still a nuisance.
And it doesn't totally invalidate the suggestions of setting a timer or the skip option tweak. Although it might be better to edit the original post.

But what would the timer accomplish? People who have already seen the cinematic already know how long it is, and people who want to skip the cinematic don't really care. It's a mild nuisance at best to someone who just wants to get their kill on.

How much time do I have to...

... get something to drink?

My biggest pet peeve with the movie clips is that ANet took all that trouble to make them but the they left in things that completely detract from the drama:
-Characters making speeches while getting smacked by summoned creatures
-Weapons/Offhands that disappear/reappear in a cycle throughout the scene. I can usually make believe we have scabbards but it gets difficult when all this stuff is magically popping in and out of existence on screen...
-clipping, minions or pets "melded" with your character throughout the scene. BTW, pets never stay still! What's with all that shuffling around?
Don't get me wrong, I love the scenes. I remember playing my first mission and seeing my character come up on the screen, right before I had to run for my life with a hundred Charr on my tail...was a blast.
But, at least we have moving lips now.

All ideas are neat.
I would like to add this to them:
- The login gui can hide if you don't move the mouse. Make the cinematic gui (butons, timer, people skipping messages) hide too, but after 3 seconds.
If someone skip, the message will show up again and hide again after 3 another seconds, so people is aware that others skip, but not when they cancel skipping.
Do not move the mouse, nobody skips, and you get a clean and clear cinemate in letterbox.
