It kinda bugs me that although my Lightbringer rank effect will spread to my heroes as well... the henchies don't and can't have it. It actually forces PuGing in quite a few Realm of Torment areas... or spending another few days fitfully grinding to get my Lightbringer rank up high enough that my heroes can compensate for the weakness of the henchies.

Surely the Lightbringer rank of the party leader should spread to any henchies in the party.... surely... o_0;

I think so too.

I think found that henchmen use the lightbringer title of the leader.

Yup i concur, the henchies gain the title and effects if the Party leader has it equipped

Lightbringer's Gaze is so uber though... They should be able to equip that. The nice 300 or so damage spike that can be put down every 15 seconds (plus interurpts) soo makes it great. I feel so bad when I'm the only one on my team with an interrupt, and I'm a monk. (To be fair, I do bring an interrupt ranger, but it doesn't feel like they interrupt anything important. I still get hit with 300 damage fireballs.
