Anyways, I'm going to disagree with the added bleeding damage for Quivering Blade just because I think there are better ways to improve it.
And in general, I'm going to say that these suggestions in general tend to over buff skills.

More like you don't understand how builds work.
Quivering + Plague Touch = Dazed caster if blocked
Quivering w/ Bleeding + Plague Touch = Bleed + Daze
Bleed + Gash = Deep Wound
so,
Bleed, Daze, Deep Wound = dead monk.
Hence why it's a bad idea.
Quivering is a good skill for DPS, as it's 42 damage every couple of hits, and the chance of Daze. But it's simply not good enough compared to other options. No need for a major buff.

well Im not seeing i like any of the proposed changes, but Quivering only Dazes you if its block, i dont see how youd put bleeding on the target if its blocked..

And not everyone is /n. Plus what are you doing with only one monk in GvG or HA? Or he could bring mending touch.
And you seem to forget, as FB pointed out, that the monk is blocking you so you'd have to wait until QB recharged until you could inflict bleeding.

Um, everyone running Quivering Blade sure as hell had better be. That's the only reason that elite is good.
