Guild Hall Skill Trainer
I would like to have one place where I can go to get all skills, without having to travel 3 or 4 diferent places to to get a non-elite skill. The skill npc in the guild hall would know what skills are available to each character, based on experience and expansions owned (shouldn't be to hard, the non-elite tomes do that right now). Even if the feature would be considered an upgrade over the regular Skill Trainer, I'm sure most Guilds would easily send the extra gold for this convienience.
If this has been mentioned before, I apologize, the search never seems to come up with any matches regardless of how I phrase what I'm looking for.

i think the idea of not having all the skills in one place is it gives some form of excitement to newbies when they see another skill trainer, however i agree that the Guild Hall Skill Trainer needs buffing up.
seeing as you can buy any unlocked skill at the campaigns "resident city" eg Kamadan, LA, Kaineng, i'd like to see all unlocked skills available at the skill trainer.

I agree with this, the skill trainer should be able to train you any normal skill from the 3 campaigns, who want to pay 100k for something so uselss
mind u not quite as useless as the weaponsmith!

You can already get any skill from all 3 chapters by usage of tomes (unlocked on account) so why not for the skill guy in the guildhall? I only use him for signet of capture that's it.

The guildhall skill trader I think was a waste of 100k since you can gte any core skills you've unlocked and more from any other skill trader.

Assassin, Ritualist, Dervish, and Paragon have no CORE skills. This means they have no use for the Guild Hall Skill Trainer unless buying a skill for a secondary. I understand restricting skills purchased in a specific city to be only those available in that game, but the Guild Hall exists in all 3.
If I own Prophecies and Factions, but not Nightfall, I would be able to buy skills like Penetrating Blow and Penetrating Chop, but not Critical Chop. If I owned all 3, I could buy any skill available (unlocked on account).
Currently, the Guild Hall Skill Trainer is WORTHLESS.
