Drunkard Title Change
Okay, so it's most likely a given that this is a very bad idea (bad as in wrong, terribly terribly wrong) but...
You get a cool mod for LightBringer to help you drop some bad guys. How about a similar mod for drunkard. When a character wheres their drunkard title, their vision is set to appear as if they're drunk, the character chooses to do it's own thing with a wider range of emotes, has a 20% chance of hurting itself when attacking an enemy and randomly stops listening to player commands and instead wanders off, loses interest in an attacking foe, removes it's armor, maybe huddles in a corner and cries for a while...
I know, horrible idea but, the laughs would make the developer time worth it's weight in gold!

I don't think so. I'm not against the drunk emotes in town though while it's equipped.

I had a similar idea, but mine was this:
- Rank 1: Character have -1 to all attributes while he is drunk, and have a 2% chance to have +5 to all attributes anytime they attack or use a skill.
- Rank 2: Characters hace -1 to all attributes while drunk, and have a 20% chance to have +5 to all attributes anytime they or use a skill.
So basically you'll have your 'ratio' of effectiveness spread... usually bad, and sometimes, few times, very good.
And an effect icon to show the title level would be nice too.
Imagine... doing the Kilroy Stonekin or What do you do with a Drunken Shauben under this effect, XD.

My first thought is... yeah it sounds like a bit of fun for inside towns and outposts.
My second thought is.... this would be extremely bad for inside instances!
Why would anyone purposely set themselves to drunk, and then go fight in an instance. Especially if its going to make them weak and unable to fight?
Secondly what if someone sets themselves to drunk while in your team, and you dont realise? Then you enter a mission or instance and their falling about like a useless moron.
I think it would be cool for inside towns, and not very hard to impliment since the drunk effect and look already exists.
But for inside instances... i really dont see a reason or need for it.

PUG's can be bad enough as they are,

For outside towns /unsigned, for reasons mentioned above.
For inside towns however it could be fun as long as people can disable it by turning off the title then zoning. Lets have:
- Random armor removal and dancing (to avoid people accidentally selling it maybe leave it in armor slots)
- The drunk will sometimes bring out their weapons and attack someone, only to score misses.
- If the drunk attacks an NPC, some of the other NPCs will come to kill him.
- Random emotes and wandering.
- Sometimes he might just collapse (use the dying animation) and stay lying on the ground for a while.

Drunken effects while outside towns... would be great if there were also titles for completing Missions/Vanquishing while the whole party was drunk :-D

I'm still all for Drunkard = Random speech/emotes in outposts and explorables and Incorrigible Ale Hound = Completely hammered, graphics and all in outposts/explorables (+ Drunkard). Same with the Sweet Tooth title, r1 = 25% speed boost in towns, r2 = 50% in towns.
A completely harmless, but amusing bonus if equipped.

titles dont display in explorable areas so leaving an outpost with a drunkard title causing this effect could easily be remedied by simply unclicking the title in your hero window.
Why would anyone want to do this? Well, because it would be fun. Obviously it wouldn't be something you charge off into serious combat with.
But then, as I said, it's a really really bad idea.

The bonus effect would be lgical under the effects of alcohol.
Just by having the title selected should not do anything.
