Smiting Flash
5 energy 3/4 second casting time 5 second recharge time Spell. Target foe takes 10...39 holy damage. (Smiting Prayers). Just to give something smiting monks can actually halfway spam. |

This is just...a sad skill. O_o It's like flare's ugly smiting cousin. This skill would neither aid in a spike nor would it provide pressure. I don't understand...it's purpose....
Maybe if it were with a 1 second recharge.... |

cant spam work of censure O.o i think spamming is the point of that skill, and with some e management oh hell yea you can

But a five second recharge doesn't allow much more spamming than Stonesoul Strike, and the latter deals more damage and conditionally deals even more.
A two second recharge would seem to be more in-line with other Smiting Prayers spells. Though I can't see the use of it regardless. |
