Katar Weapon
-Unlike othe Weapons Katars have a Passive Armor Penetration. Also it can Penetrate Blocks, by How much Percentage of Armor Penetration you have is how much Daage you only deal when you'r Attacks are Blocked.
Example:
Normal Attack 24 S. Damage + Armor Penetration 15% = 28 S. Damage - Block = 4 Sashing Damage
Jinx Spell System
-Jinx Spells are like Ward Spells with a Hex Effect in it.
Ethereal Spells System
-Ethreal Spells are lik Enchantments but you need atleast to maintain your Upkeep Energy. And whenever you maintain this you suffer from 1 Energy Degenation.

I've decided to mess with your design and create my own version, the psychic wizard. Srry but I gotta show my side too (feel free to make a seperate druid class if you like, mine's still going through changes).

again a job, stolen from Ragnarok online, only given a new name and mixed with some parts of a mesmer...
Katars r weapons of Assasins, and the picture there is nothing, then the artwork of an Assasin Cross from Ragnarok Online.
This Part is something, that i would wish me alot more as upgrade for the Assasin Class ...
theres no need to give GW 1000 different classes, when the existing ones can be upgraded with more attributes ect. so that they get away from their wannabe images, like for example the K/MO's r GW's wannabe Paladins -.-
We've Assasins, which don't/can't use shurikens lol and so on ...
Until now, GW is only full of wannabes, the game eneables their players not to become that, what u really want to be.
U want to be a bard ? u get said, u should make u a stupid paragon !!
U want to be a real summoner ? u get said, u should become a boring necromancer
u want to be a rogue ? (no brainless rouge) u get said, u should become a dumb mesmer.
GW has no real individuality with this stupid 2 Class system ... and thats very sad

Shurikens would add too much of a ranged aspect to the game and assasins already have daggers but I think it might be a nice idea to add a few spells in deadly arts that are like shurikens. You can only add a single weapon per class anyway so shurikens as a weapon won't work. And if you hate the way gw is run then play Wow, Nvn (neverwinter nights), D&D, or some other game that gives you more control over your character.

Magna I think a lot of people don't like these. Why not stop while your ahead (or at least change it up enough so that it doesn't resemble other classes) I man look at your Title, The Psychic ASSASIN. ASSASIN!!!!! We already have a freakin assasin in the game. A psion as a psychic wizard would make much more sense (also a spellsword that doesn't do elemental damage would be awesome.)
