new mods
I was playing today and came across the fact that a new shield mod would be real nice for my paragon thought i would share
(dmg -2 while under the efects of a shout chant or echo) and (health +45 while under the effects of a shout chant or echo) and +15 dmg (while under the efects of a shout chant or echo) eh but whetever just a though

Sure, but ditch the +15 damage mod from your shield.

The problem is... that is overpowered. Enchantments can be stripped, stances can be wild'd, being hexed isn't a sure-fire thing. As a paragon, I can keep shout, chants, or echos on myself 100% of the time without too much effort. I'm gonna have to say /notsigned (although my paragon would certainly be happy... then again he would also be happy if his spear was replaced with a heat seeking missile)
