Not fair to those who don't buy all versions of the game. Skill capping used to be this way, but they have modified it for those who don't own all 3. Granted, you still can't get Legendary without all 3 games, but you can now at least max a title for skill capping by owning only 1 game.
This would be a title for title's sake, not for any worthwhile reason.

seems very messy and all over the place
MagmaRed points out the inherent problem with it, a lot of titles are already covering these.

Legendary Vanquisher and Guardian require all 3... whats your point?
I like the idea... but elite areas from Factions and Nightfall shouldn't be included because they're incredibly cookie cutter and you'll struggle to get a team for it if your not of the right profession...

Actually i'm 70% sure you can't get Elonian Skill Capper without Factions (need rit and sin 2nd's)
I'm all for small objectives like this that we can take a party and go do this today and that tomorrow and do different things everyday
Alas a title thats not a grind farm of same areas? I fear thats an alien concept to Anet

sounds ok but person would have to own all 3 campaigns to do that and ..Anet would need to make this an incentive for players FOR GW@
such as toon moves15% faster etc for GW 2 Asura run ele run

Remove the ones that already have titles, add 'make each repeatable quest at least once' and perfect.
Requires campaings? Who cares? All of you should have all of them already. They are meant for that.

With a little tweaking, I'd like this. It's not a dull grind; it's a lot of small and large quests you can do at your leisure. Some of them (XP amount, L20 heroes) will happen as you do the others or simply play through the game.
Think of it as added incentive to pick up the campaigns you're missing.

the whole idea for this title is that its not going through each area and killing every monster in hm or exploring every little area or capping every skill
its about a variety title and so whats if you need all 4 games so does skill hunter cartographer and others
its a different kind of grind you would be doing something different for each event instead of the same thing over and over again

NOTE: I read the thread title and assumed it concerned festival gaming events. I was more for assumption then what it actually is.
I agree with getting recognisition for completing the elite zones. We have SF, FOW, UW, The Deep and The factions ones.
It wouldnt be unlike the protector and guardian titles, if they gave a legendary title showing you have completed all those zones.
But that would require a way of keeping track of which quests you have done within a zone.
They do that with SF and The Deep, but not FOW, UW or The Deep.
They would have to create quests that are started from outside the zone, or have it register if you kill the end boss or something.
But then the max title could be farmed if all you had to do was kill an end boss and avoid any quests to get there.

Actually, skill hunter and cartography only need all 3 games for Legendary. Same with Protector and Guardian. Someone who only owns Factions can have Canthan Elite Skill Hunter, Protector of Cantha, Canthan Grandmaster Cartographer, Guardian of Cantha, Vanquisher of Cantha.... I don't mind there being titles that require you to own a particular game. I do mind there being a title with only one option - own all 3 games (or 4 if including GW:EN). I own all 3 out right now, so could do those titles. But I know people who don't.
Only the Legendary titles require you to own all 3 games. Only Elonian Elite Skill Hunter requires a second game to be owned (Factions for Sin and Rit elites). I'd prefer to keep titles available to as many as possible, even though I think the people who don't own all 3 games yet are stupid
