Concept Assassin GW:EN skill
Category : No-Attribute
{Elite} [Break]
1 sec cast | 15 energy | 30 second recharge
Elite skill. Eliminate all of target enemy's bonuses and all of your bonuses. Skills that provided target enemy's bonuses are disabled for 3 seconds. For each bonus you remove in this way, this skill takes an addtional 1 second to recharge.
Notes: Basically, it removes all positive effects from you and an enemy (wards, enchants, ritualist weapon bonuses, AOE effect spirits, shouts, chants, echoes, stances etc).
If a monk casts healing breeze on his ally elementalist, you use break on the ele and then healing breeze would be removed. Then, healing breeze would be disabled for 3 seconds for that monk. Not sure if this is possible to implement but it probably would be.
The skill and it's effect is actually a referance to the Gameboy Advance game 'Golden Sun' (god bless that game - nostalgia trips ftw) Which is also called 'Break' and also 'Eliminates all bonuses from enemy'.
Thoughts?

I'm not going to say whether or not your skill is overpowered or not, however, given that GW:EN hit's stores in about 6 weeks, I'm fairly certain all the skills that are going into it have already been created and right now, at most they are making minor balance tweaks

Yeah, how could you possibly remove a spirit and ward effect? The only way to lose a ward effect is by....stepping out of the ward. And the only way to remove a spirit effect is by killing the spirit.
And removing weapon spells? One of the bonuses of weapon spells is that they can't be removed, why take that away?
The only way I can see this working is by making it a hex that, instead of removing everything, negates the effects of whatever is on the target so they're not gaining the benefit, but everything is still in place. Making it a hex that only lasted a few seconds (just long enough for the sin to complete their attack string) would make it a bit less ridiculous. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense to be removing wards and spirits effects, they'd just reapply after you used the skill because the ward and the spirit would still be there.
Anyway, I'm not even a fan of this as it stands right now. There's no penalty to the assassin if they don't have any enchants or other bonuses on them. I think this would be pretty overpowered.
