I had an idea for a new conjure element spell. As the current ones stand, they are okay, however the prenerf versions were better for els. But other classes were abusing them so the conjure line got nerfed.

So how to give the els a good conjure spell that they can use for supplemental damage but not something that other classes can abuse?

So how about

Conjure Element Core Energy Storage Spell
10e 3/4 cast 15 second recharge

Enchantment Spell. For 60 seconds if weilding an elemental, your attacks do an additional 4...24 damage of your weapon's element.

Advantages:
Not exploitable by other classes so it can do a little more damage.
Gives els some cheap backup damage that they can recast fairly easily if stripped.
Earth els finally have an option for a conjure spell.

I really don't imagine an elementalist killing another char just with their staff and conjure. Since other classes can't use it i think it's a waste of skill for an elementalist. They have skills like Stone Daggers, Flare if they really need some cheap damage...but staff attacking? nah

I dont see much use in this spell as the only time you would really need to use a staff or a wand is if you run out of energy and i dont think that someone would cast this spell instead of something more usefull.

So /unsinged by me aswell.

this would lead to multiple stacking conjures
+30 from 2 conjures is meh.

if you're playing an ele for high dps then maybe you should try playing warrior.

Well... actually Energy Storage is quite related to Lyssa.

Lyssa's damage is Chaos.
So a 'Conjure Chaos' would be more logical. Actually, many Energy Storage-linked weapons deal fire or chaos damage.

What if you changed all the conjures, including the new one into weapon spells so they didn't stack? Plus you wouldn't be able to have an el with a conjure and something like nightmare weapon.
