I would like to be able to use a full hero party everywhere.
I like to customize the heroes, something that I cannot do with henchies. Come on ANet, we have a lot of heroes, let's make them useful.

No need for this, the henchmen have god like skills stats in HM, I see no need for full hero teams. The Interface would also be a massive mess.

ROFLMAO, godlike stats? Interface a mess?
First stats are the same as in normal mode.

They don't need more interface, if people need microing them all then the build was not ok for the AI to deal with anyway. They just need a party spread option (formation), adjusting their position relative to you so that they don't get caught in instant death AoE.
Seven heroes and improved hench/hero interface would be welcomed by me.

You need one human buddy.
One.
Only. One.
To have your party filled with heroes.

hahahaha. The reason I don't pug in PvE is because the average GW PvE'r couldn't make a decent build if their life depended on it.

Be social? For stater, I play in Australian timezone, it's late for America and too early for Europe. Hence fewer people playing GW, dont even ask how many bother playing HM around that time. Also requotting my previous post "Even if I found those people, sometimes they have done some missions / vanquish the areas I havent done and vice versa". And out of those people, the majority are hard to work with (you know the average PvE pugs).
GG eh?

GW is a CORPG, that means a lot of people online to play together.
I want to see a lot more people communicate and play together : it is a part of the "fun" aspect of GW.
If ya want to play alone : dont play online .
(Doom, Quake, Half Life - solo adventure parts)

Yes you have the option to go with others, which can be good fun. HOWEVER, there are times people ain't around, or you just wanna start something up, maybe go AFK for a bit and then finish it off. Maybe you play at times , lees people are on. People who can and want to PUG or not hindered by people who don't want to PUG, for whatever reason. Missions and all is fine, some vanquishing or guardian title hunting, gets much less people exited. Heroes would be handy as hench are basically utter tripe. Yeah you can manage with em, but it ain't brilliant.
Really, allowing more heroes will not affect PUGgers. HHwayers anyway don't PUG, while people that like to PUG once in a while will still do so

/Signed + infinity for hard mode.... norm mode you get 3 and it should be fine.
There is no reason that a pugger should be offended by this idea. If you want to pug that good. many builds are run much better by human players than they are by heros, but last night i was doing FoW hardmode in a pug.... the tank brought mending and shielding hands for himself...
I have a different suggestion that I think would work much better.... 3 heros max anywhere, but allow players to bring along other user created characters (toons) that are on the account that have that area unlocked. No XP for the other user characters, no map exploration, no drop increases.... just to have the option to bring along other "heros" as long as the player has already invested the time to beat that area on a different toon... thoughts?
