So constructive criticisme always help at geting stronger, beter etc.

This will be the 3rd " What we realy need is " tread from me.

The 2 first ones, i have no idea if it did help, but managed to get to the Devs and within a month we had those changes. One of them was the Storage upgrade but I guess we had complains about this since ....let say.....day 1 ?

So here it is.

Probleme : Its hard to get HM Pugs for mission and Vanquishing, even for the NM mission its hard sometimes if you have a small guild and / or small to no alliance at all.

Solution : A Mision LFG Tab. Template is already there, Dev only need to add a tab that will include the LFG / LFP keyword and maybee some others. You now can see all Elona ( as an exemple ) party trying to get a group for a particular mission.

The idea came after week1 of HM. It was very hard to get groups and I finaly converted the guild to those HM Fixes and now alot are PKMe title or KOABD etc.

So pls Anet, I know you are watching these posts. This would be a very nice add on to the new search panel ( that btw, is a 100% succes : ty for this ) and party would be forming easy, beter achievement from being able to get what you need not what is out there.

At then end..maybee even more player buying account. After all, the game we know today has nothing to do with what is was after the first 6 month.

Pls , Signe this tread as Im sure all hard core and casual players would benefit from this.

Well if you are at a mission zone, yes it does exist but what im refering to is a global mission tab that you can acces from every outpost.

There is a big problem at finding groups at one point or another depending on the time you play or the lvl you are aiming.

wouldt it be nice to see all mission groups then just going there and ading yourself ?

Guys cmon, 84 views, 1 reply. If any1 here think its hard late at night or early morning to get pugs. Or even to get decent party to complete HM Missions and Vanquishing, Pls do sign.

How come i always send 1 -2 players in LA / Kamadan or Center to complete HM teams ?

Would it mean that this post make sens in some ways ?

See me asking for monks or Eles on those 3 town. Im always there finding missing links to our party.

Pls this is a serious tread about making this game better.

What you guys think ?

oh so what you mean is----for mission/quest/hunting/guild---hey, even trade:

even players that are playing on let's say american server---anyone playing on european server will see it as well, and be taken to international districts to party? and those who are already in international districts can still be seen by anyone else on any other region if they still need a few more players from any region?

agreed, it is hard to find PuGs for hardmode and DoA at certain hours, and it is kind of annoying to go to international to see if anyone (or lots of people are looking for someone) and you go there only find 2 or less players standing afk...waste of time

They could add that to Xunlai Agents.

You sing up for 100g, and they sore for you a region and what do you want to do there, but not by inputing text, but by choosing in dropdown list with limited options, the dropdown for quests would be filled with your current quests.

Gates of Desolation, HM, Master Reward.

Then you leave. When other input the same combination for the same 'job' they get a list of names they can whisper to contact and gather in a place to make the job.

It would be even greater if it where worldwide.

The 2 post above are nice but a bit more complicated. Though the international thing is interesting. what i am refering to is a very simple, global Mission tab that unite all mission of a certain region, there are 3 in total 4 with GWEN.

Here it is in a nutshell

Put it like this :

1 - You oppen Gw.exe

2 - Need to finish let say a already hard HM Mission.

3 - You go to LA, open Search panel, look under a new tab for mission only.

4 - Under this new tab..you can see all 25 mission outposts groups forming in Tyria.

No need to pop to all 25 missions to see if you have a group forming.

You only have to chill seling / buying looking at adds, talking crap about your ectos stacks and on how HOD Swords used to be kool and bam......There is a party forming for that mission you are seeking for a long time.

You talk to them, they confirm you have a spot with them, from LA straight to the mission outpost, you enter the group, start mission. rince , repeat.

Hows that sound comunity ?

Ok, here is my opinion on this topic.

Gathering people around for HM (or vanquish or even NM) has proven to be more difficult with every chapter.
However, this is not only a 'no people in outpost' problem, but also a timing problem.
For example, we have a lot of HM players in our guild and our alliance, but still it requires quite a lot of time to get a party together, because everyone is already busy when a party is forming. So you need to wait for others to finish their 'thing' and move from there on.

The 'go to main outpost and see parties form' surgestion is nice, but requires parties to actually form in the various outposts.
This would still cause problems for specific mission, like Gyala, Eternal Grove and Unwakening, where parties hardly ever form or take a very long time to from.

What would be better (and more complicated) is some kind of scheduling service where people can schedule 'events', like HM mission or Vanquish.
When I know now there will be an 'event' featuring HM Hell's next Saturday 6PM GMT (for example) and I need that mission, there is a high chance I pop up.

We are trying to set something similar up for vanquishing and DoA on our alliance forum, but a lot of people don't visit the forums for these kinds of things.
Same for forums like guru, they probably cover max 10% of GW community.
So to make this a success, this should be possible ingame.

However, I do understand this would be a nice feature, but resources are limited and I do understand that bringing players together is not one of A-nets highest priorities. Heroes were introduced to GW for a reason

Ok, I recently asked for change in Party Formation window at competitive and cooperative missions for allowing people access to areas to map without being in the way of those trying to do the mission. But some of those same areas are in need of this specific change, and I support it.

Have tabs that appear for special advanced areas that are almost impossible to get people for:

Prophecies:

FoW
UW
Tombs of the Primaeval King's
Sorrow's Furnace
Fire Islands Missions and Bonuses
Titans Quests

Factions:

Dragon's Throat
Altrumm Ruins
Amatz Basin
Urgoz Warren
Zos Shivros
Aurios Mines
The Deep
Ft Aspenwood

Nightfall:

Dajkah Inlet
Remains of Sahlahja
The Shadow Nexus
Mallyx the Unyielding
The Ebony Citadel of Mallyx

Some of these are of course more popular than others, but they are all of the same category of quest or mission - extraneous to people's needs in completing the game. I also know that most of the games can be henched. I have done a lot of it that way. But these challenge areas are different, and better with live people. A tab that would show those looking for these challenges might help get more people into them. That tab would only show the one's on the continent you are on.

One problem with having a world wide list, or continent wide list, of all active interests would be the huge amount of date that would have to be filtered (districts) and presented - every one trying to form in Defend the Wall, Scavengers in Old Ascalon, etc. would be a large list of unnecessary bandwidth used.

A call for HM in a particular area or mission would not be a bad page, again limited per continent. This would only list mission or area by region:

Trade would be the only one I'd want to see for entire continent. It makes no sense for missions/quests...
