Pet Stable
I can't take credit for this idea, I saw someone shout it at Gaile (a judicious amount of times) during one of her visits to the lovely and always laggy Kamadan. However, I thought it was a brilliant idea and as a Ranger Primary, I'd like to pose the question in more formal terms here at GW Guru;
-*- | GAILE | CAN WE HAEV A STABLE FORM ULTIPLE PETS ||||||||||||||||||-*-
The basic premise is allowing a character to capture several different pets, and be able to swap out between them in an outpost before venturing into an explorable area or mission. I see it like a little menu with empty slots that you can select and would be grayed out (unaccesible) until you equip Charm Animal. By selecting an empty slot in this menu, you would leave the outpost without a pet, and whatever pet you decide to charm will occupy the empty slot you chose in the outpost.
Not only would this be good for Beastmasters, but for pet collectors, too. I love my Dire Black Widow - Chef - dearly, but sometimes I find myself wanting a more durable pet, and a Hearty White Tiger immediately leaps to mind. Of course, maybe someone wants only Dire pets, and would like to switch things up with a Phoenix one day, and a Black Moa the other. It really comes down to character customization, which is one of my favorite aspects of Guild Wars.
Sign, don't sign, just tell me what you think. Who knows, we may even see it or something like it in a future update, or even with the release of GW:EN.

It would be nice to have a spider and a pheonix. I passed up the chance at a spider cause there's no way I would give my nix up.

I'll agree to that. After seeing the new wolves in Eye Of The North, but I don't want to lose my old Snow Wolf. She may be just a piece of code but I've gotten rather fond of her.
