Make Customer Support more Accessable
NOTE: I have not noticed this in the Index so I thought I would post it, If it has been brought up, please disregard the thread
I think everybody already knows what I'm talking about already. If you want to go report an in game flaw or a player for spamming a sale in All chat, You have to minimize Guild Wars, open the guildwars.com, try to find the feature to report somebody, they send you to PlayNC, then you search that page to find the report feature, then you can finally report what you wanted to, and by that point, it may not even be still fresh in your memory.
So here is my idea. Put some sort of feature into your Menu which brings up the Support ticket in game so that we can make our report quick and orderly. Almost like the Support Ticket in World of Warcraft(not where I got my idea from though) That way it both helps us help ArenaNet and ArenaNet can get to the issues faster. Instead of going through the tedious searching to go and find the report feature.
Just a simple layout, you pick what department to submit to(as already done), then it should bring up a box very similar to these forums or something where you add a title and explain your issue/concern, then a send button to email it to ArenaNet. I don't think thats asking too much as for it helps both sides.
Any ideas to help expand this, you are free to do so, just /sign for it so maybe we can see it implemented in game
