You get a total of 33 hero skill pts progressing through SS+LB, and another 40 for GW:EN titles. That is more than enough skills for the casual player, and if you want to have more than 80 skills on your character, you should be willing to pay for them.

I'll support something that's like 5 skill points for 1 free skill though, but not making EVERYTHING questable (we didn't even have that in proph)

I think they should have 2 different signet of captures: one for elite (1k) and one for non-elite (250-500g). this reduces the cost of the skill, but requires you finding a boss that has the skill you want. You will probably end up making money this way, but it adds gameplay without the requirement of writing up a bunch of quests.

I think paying for the skills with balthazar faction would be a better idea than questing. So you could choose to pay with 1k faction instead of 1 platinum. Still using a skill point, ofcourse. PvE charracters have little use from balthazar faction, so this way it could be put to a good use. And it would be A LOT easier to implement than like 300 quests
