I'm not regular HA player. My guild playes it very rarely and I personally do not like very much this pvp tribe. I have got rank 5 achieved in pugs and during this rare guild trips to HA. Probably none of r12 teams would ever consider taking me into a party.
But it is normal for people. If they achieve a certain level (after hard work to achieve it) it's very difficult to make step back. With low experienced people in a team they will have more lost battles so less fun from play.
I think you are missing the way how the "system" works. I'll try to explain again that about what many users were talking in the thread.
If you wish to play regular HA, you should join HA-oriented guild (the name of the game suggests it: Guild Wars). Second solution: your guild may take into alliance a guild of HA-players.
Maybe you tried, and they refused. But in this case you probably tried too high level, the most famous guilds. As a new player you should try beginning guilds (or create your own and find newbie players like you). There you may gather experience and then join "better" guild or maybe together with your guildmates you will gain such experience that now you will be strong players for next generation of newbies, and you will be holding hoh for a long time. And those newbies will be complaining that you do not take them to a party (think why: people want to win, not to loss a battle).
I'm a member of very good GvG guild. Similar situation - such guilds are not a place where newbie player starts learning gvg. If they are looking for new members they search for experienced players. High ranked guilds will not take you to a team to allow you learn a game (if they take, it's likely they will loose their hard worked position during your teaching time).
I'm sure many players from top guilds or with r12/r9 are playing as guests in beginning guilds, helping them learn the game (I played for example in top9000 guilds). And they anwer questions if they are asked or sometimes give advices without being guestioned.
This is how the system works. No special help for current newbies is necessary.
Your proposition of special help may be compared to leveling your first game character from 1 to 20 lvl by experienced 20 lvl player in 30 minutes.

If you wanna get better go to the gladiators arena or ask us questions section on QQ forums most people are willing to give advice and help new players. The system suggested in the OP is way to unrealistic so getting better on your own is probably your best choice. Just dont expect someone to PM you and tell you how to play you can easily get answers/advice to most things your unclear on or having trouble with as long as you ask in the appropriate way.
It may seem unfair that its harder to get into gvg/ha than it was in the beginning but there are still plenty of rank 800+ guilds willing to accept most people who show potential so try those because theres no better way to learn the basics than to actually play in gvg. As people have said observe games read posts in the pvp sections you will have to go out of your way a little if you want to learn, you will realize that its well worth it.
