Allow bounties to carry over into similar race's zones! (Eg. Norn > Norn)
The GWEN bounties currently work along the same principle as luxon, Kuzack, sunspear and lightbringer bounties. In the sense that if you leave one instance and enter another via a portal, that bounty is cancelled and removed!
You then have to re-take the bounty!
How ever the GWEN bounties work differently and build up from +2 to +3 to +4 as you kill more creatures. One snag ive found with this is when you could be bounty hunting several instances in the same territory.
Lets say you are bounty hunting all the Norn territories one after the other (not fun I know, but what else is there to do)! You have just cleared Drakkar Lake and your on +4 Norn bounty. You then enter Varajar falls, but you loose that +4 and have to retake the bounty from the nearest Norn.
I find this odd because why should that bounty vanish if your still in Norn (or the same races) territory?
My suggestion is to carry bounty levels over into other zones. But only if you're entering a zone in the same race territory. Example Norn territory -> Norn Territory!
This means it wouldn't work if you entered Verdant Cascades from Varajar Fells, obviously because one is Asuran and the other Norn. But that makes sense! And it would also still, obviously vanish if you enter a town!
But this would greatly fix/make easier, the issue of grinding for points! Being able to retain the rank+4 when travelling between zones would speed the process up. Plus I personally think it would make the grind alot more satisfying. It really makes you sigh when you know you were on +4 and have to restart and re-take bounty in a new zone!
I cant think of a reason not to do this and I cant see how it would disadvantage or over-advantage anyone.

I think if they changed it now they would have to rework it and it'd just be too easy to get higher ranks. As it is now it only took me about 3 hours in the Magus Stones to reach rank 5 for Asuran armor after I beat the game. And I gave my completed quest book to the Norn...
Having 5 rep per kill in an entire zone would just be somewhat unbalanced, especially if you completed an area with 400+ enemies, left, and went back in.

"Carry" is the operative word, I think. You earn the bounty within the instance, but coding wise you literally reboot by stepping into a portal. None of the skills carry over either, yet a title "benefit" does. I have no doubt they could do it, but then every toon would be carrying a lot of baggage with them that the servers would have to handle. I would like very much to carry over (who wouldn't), but I'm thinking in GW1, it won't happen.
Now I wish that the bounty would carry over when you take someone's dungeon quest! I've been at +4 most times, taken a dungeon quest, come out with 1 point per kill. Damn!

I would like to see this happen, but they probably won't do it. Think about it. Get to +4 by clearing Varajar Fells. Then zoning to another area and coming back. All those enemies to kill in Varajar Fells at the max bonus. It would make things too easy, IMO.

Well this idea isnt so much to help get to rank 5, because I know thats easy. Its more for the higher ranks. Im currently on rank 8 drawf, nearly rank 8 Norn, and rank 5 Vangaurd and Asuran, so I accept those are easy ranks.
How ever because getting higher requires takes alot more grind and because there are limited ways to make vangaurd points, I think this would help! I dont find the odd bounty hunting and farming, but doing that for hours isnt amazing fun!
Also by the time you reach rank 4, on average you have cleared most zones. You dont have enough time to take advantage of 4+ bounty.
The system isnt that wel designed because there arent enough creatures in each area by the time you reach the +4 level. To allow it to expand into near by zones would fix that.
But I guess it might be hard to do.. who knows.

take the bounty and keep doing it over and over again.

I think they should just give you the bounty bonuses in a certain order instead of randomly. Nothing more annoying then clearing a whole area and only get to rank 2, then when you run and talk to the shrines they start to give you rank 3..etc instead of just point bonus.
(1 = 2 since you start off with 1)
25 - 1
50 - 2
75 - 3
150 - 4
or something like that.

Ughhh you could try reading every post first! I just said above that Im actually currently on rank 8 drawf, rank 7 Norn (which i got during the preview event), rank 5 Asuran and rank 5 Vanguard. Something that took alot of effort on my part.
I have no issues with using bounties to make the points, but it does get boring! It has nothing to do with being lazey!

At this point I don't think it's possible with the Guild Wars engine. Title bonuses don't really "stay" on you, they're just enabled before you fully load.
Aside from that, I usually turn the game off after clearing an area.

I used to just do one area and then exit the game, but that just got repetative and then I realised doing entire territories was a bit more fun and spiced it up a bit.
Its still boring as hell, but hey!

I'm pretty sure if they can let you keep your seige devourer as you go from one zone to another, they could let you keep your bonuses.

Well, vanguard is pretty boring to get points for. But then again, after R5 (where the real grind sets in) you're pretty much just using one zone for faction farming anyway. I mean, I wouldn't look beyond fells for norn or magus for asura etc.
Though if you could keep bonuses, I guess it would break the boredom a bit since you could travel several zones and vanq 2-3 zones rather than vanqing the same zone 3 times.

Could be entirely different game mechanics, similar to NPCs following you from zone to zone.
Nonetheless, if bounties were able to be transferred from zone to zone I'm pretty sure that it'd be enabled. It doesn't make sense otherwise, besides the fact that it's just not possible with how GW works at the moment.

In explorables I don't see a reason to.
In dungeons it is a MUST.
