7/8 Hero Party
We have 25 Hero's now, it would be nice to be able to play PvE with a customized 7/8 Hero Party.
Not sure if this has come up before, but why cant we use a all Hero Party, is it a ballance issue?

You can get a 6 hero party if you know someone who'll set up his heroes like you want them and port out.

Just would be fun to run some builds that could utalize all these hero's i own.

I used to support Anet's decision on that, but recently found I just don't care anymore.
PvE is broken enough since GW:EN came out, and any talk of balance, community or grouping is just redundant.
They might as well do it.

im for it, group play has never existed from the begin on in this MMO, GW is imo no MMO, and was never, because no MMO would have Heroes or Henchmen, an real MMO would only make content, that must be done by pure player parties ...
Would Anet imlement ful hero parties, nothing would change in the game ...
everybody, that played mostly only before the change will still play only with heroes, btw improved and stupid unimproved npc's ...
Anet's should stop forcing people to dictate players, how they have to play. Thats simple childish. We payed the money for the games, so also want we decice for ourself, if we want to play the god damn game all by us alone , or together with others ...
People, which want to play with other, will then search PvE Guilds and play them together with Guild Mates, thats the reason of 2, why PVE Guilds EXIST.
Implementing full hero parties wil not means, that 4 Million players will change from Day X to Day Y to play only with full heroes only and never anymore with players ...
Anet says, that people with 7 heroes would get an advantage over parties with only 3 heroes ... lol, that the god damn dumbest reson I've ever heard.
Would anet have made only for 2 cents self a compare of both things for exampple in one of GW:EN dungeons, best example > shards of orr, cause this dungeon is ya so extreeeeeeme nice.
then anet would have seen, that their reason is bullshit, even with 6 heroes/2 player you stand only very hardly a chance there, even when all 6 heroes are monks, because the mosnters simple can nuke your butt and make you look like beginners.
Thats one type of place, where you get forced to play with full player party, to have a normal chance to beat this dungeon, without ending in thousands of full party wipes,where you have to use every 10 minutes one stone of power to erase ur whole party stupid imba malus of -60%, while you can be happy, when u reach 10% morale there before.
7 heroe parties would ABSOLUTELY NEVER be imbalanced, how coult it, when GW:EN is still the imbast thing of the whole game series, where the normal mode is like 3 times harder, then any HM of any campaign before.
I see it coming, when anet brings GW:En HM, where we have then to fight vs. 300% more monster which have all like 33% higher max level, and we still stand at dumb lvl 20, have still to fight all those masses only with 8 people and we will receive damage of 450 when those monsters stroke out their almighty p...... of might, when we talk of imbanesss, where exist still in NM enemies, which can do easily 350 damage with normal hits ... *zynic sarcasm*
people which agree with anet are are imo only dumb fanboys, which have no clue about, what would be better for the game, who might think only maybe in this point
"what anet does, will be ever 200% right" and something like "anet makes never failures" -.-
who believes ...

If I had to choose I would prefer to have my 3 hero's use PvE only skills though. And that would probably be easier to implement since they don't need to change the interface for it.

the current party system simply cannot support a single player with 7 heroes. that has been confirmed by gaile gray.
in other words, it's not happening.

The development team, through Gaile (and possibly Andrew), has said it isn't going to happen. Ever. Additionally, I believe they stated that they don't want to discuss it again. So, in that light...
Locked, because it isn't going to go anywhere.
