Default Make point farming quests repeatable

I find it poor design that there are a number of quests that offer better rewards for leaving them undone than actually finishing them.

An obvious Nightfall of this were the quests "A Show of Force" and "Requiem for a Brain". If you go to Remains of Sahlahja, you will find countless groups farming Lightbringer and Sunspear points. I'm also finding that there are similar situations in the latest expansion. Unfortunately, I finished "The Path to Revelations" in EO:TN without thinking of it as a opportunity to raise my norn rank. With all of the huge advantages in skills like Ursan form given to players with the time to max these out, you've created a situation where people will regret playing the game as intended. I would like the ability to go and retake some of these old quests, obviously without any of the quests rewards.

In short, if you're going to abandon the old skill v. time spent and make grinds like norn title the standard, at least don't punish people for finishing quests.

Anet has been "punishing" people for finishing quests all the time. There are many farmable quests that can't be accessed by many, etc. etc.
