[MERGED] New GOD elite areas...
This would save GuildWars. A elite area, similar to FoW (Large, difficult) with its own elite armor. I think one should be made, and the "elite drop" should be Onyx. And the armor to cost Onyx. IT would jsut be really leet... If Anet REALLY wants to win over EVERYONE, the elite armor should be animated... think how leet thaat'd be. Some plasmic fluid or such circulating through your armor. Or or something of the sort.
I think it would be awesome. Even better, if they could add elite weapons that could be added to HoM (Forsaken weapons? Corrupted weapons?)Just some names. IT would be awesome if they were something kinda similar to Tormented weapons, extremely hard to get, and high in price. Also, with a NICE SKIN. Destoyer weapons... fail. I've seen better skins in Pre-searing. The wort is the Axe, saw one up close yesterday and just lol'd at how ugly it was. |

Why not just allow FoW armor to be changeable in its appearance after you buy it? like 7/10 FoW armors look like relative shiznit anyway.

Anything that requires more than 2 hours is too slow and to be nerfed.
Anything added to the game should start from that. That's why you can make Anguish elite areas one at a time, for example. Remember that GW has no 'level up to make things easier' thing. After a certain point, only consumables and cheap builds will make things possible, that's the point from where things turn boring. An area that requires 6 hours of uninterrupted gameplay and only certain specifical builds, an area 'only for a few' will never be a good idea in GW. |

A Constructive Idea For New Realms

I know we've had many posts on this but none have been contructive or detailed so.....
Balthazar + Grenth = Fow and UW And after that remain 3 statues of gods. We could then have 1 extra realm for each campaign. These 3 new realms will all have forgemasters in them with a slightly higher price than obsideon armor, and will all have a unique line of storys and quests to complete, they will all drop ecto + shards and will have thier own unqiue rare material in each. Prophecies: Dwayna Statue Realm: Forgotton Heaven: Ascalons Past/future (just an idea) Drops: "Realm Rare Material" + ecto + shards (core remember) Armor: Requires the new Material + ecto + shards No Greens: Just new skins only found here. Factions: Melandru Forgotton Forest (simular to urgoz/just more!) Drops: "Realm Rare Material" + ecto + shards Armor: Requires the new Material + ecto + shards No Greens: Just new skins only found here. Nightfall: Lyssa Forgotton King (a great kingdom of darkness to breakdown) Drops: "Realm Rare Material" + ecto + shards Armor: Requires the new Material + ecto + shards No Greens: Just new skins only found here. Changes On Uw Once a team vanquishes and completes all quests in the Uw they are entitled to call upon grenth himself to create armor of darkness or weapons of darkness. these would cost a share of each rare material from the realm.(amount discussed) These are only my ideas  , i just thought soemthing like this would be cool.

Why would this save Guildwars? and why does Guildwars need saved?
As soon as we get hard mode in GWEN, the dungeons will basically become harder then most existing elite zones. |
