Default Appearance Changer

i know, some think it might be stupid, but i have had a character for a long, long time, and just took off his headpiece for the first time, and quickly put it back on, i would like to have a Appearance Changer of some sort, a NPC where you pay something like 5k, and then it goes to the character creating screen where you can re-design your character... /sign if you agree, and /unsign if you disagree, and other suggestions concerning this are appreciated

This had been brought up in some threads awhile back btw,

anyway this would be good for the hair but not the face skin colour etc,

plus 5k is way 2 much for just that, i would think around 1k.

/semi signed

This idea has already been suggested but with more depth and thought.

I'm /signed on it, but I'd prefer the devs looked at some of the more comprehensive threads dedicated to it.

/Signed for a barber. would like to change my hair and maybe dye it with dyes or what not.

/notsigned for anything else. It is really simple to slow down during the creation process. I keep hearing so many people like well my char is ugly, I hate my name, blah blah blah .

Ask them how long did it take you to create, 5 sec. Its not hard people to look at you char before hitting next. Your stuck with it. I go back and forth several times among faces and hair, and skin color to get the right look.

ONE opportunity to change your appearance isn't a bad idea (include hair in this - give everyone ONE more chance to get it right). I also agree that ONE opportunity to change your name could be worth-while... but anything more is ridiculous.

I see where you are going with this one. although instead of getting an NPC to dye your hair, you should be able to dye by yourself. As if your hair was a spot in your invintory, above your helmet/ head armor. Or you could just click the dye then click on your hair on your character in the inventory window.

Changing your face/skin color would seem a bit odd, how many times do you do that? I think.....KNOW they will NEVER EVER let you change your name

I wish you could change your apperance and your name, i made a wierd looking ele as a joke, he is level 20 now, has 15k pryo armor dyed black, and his name is "Retarded Loser". Once again, made him as a joke, but didn't think i was going to get him very far. First character and everything.

lol

I just finished getting a response for PlayNC on this matter, and they suggest that we post it in the community forums so that dev.'s will see the interest.

Even though has been in another thread would like to

/sign

as I too have had the same character for quite awhile and would like to change one aspect of the appearance.

Been suggested before MANY times.
Was noted at one point on why it couldn't be done.
However,

/signed for barber for hair style/color change
/not signed for face change.

/signed for Hairstyle & color change.
/Not signed for the rest.

I am a developer myself and can understand dramatic changes. But my char is a female... they NEED to get thier hair done once in a while... was her b-day recently to... she's been a real... umm UNFRIENDLY about this.

One time change to face style...unlimited for hair style, color(with dyes), and skin tone (you can get a tan....right?).

My monk's face is just....meh. Looked decent a year ago but now....no.

/signed (yet again) for a hairstylist.

I would like the opportunity to change my hairstyle for each character once a month, at a cost of 1k.

However, changing the appearance of your character otherwise seems like a bit much. Though I'm not malevolent, so I'd say maybe one chance to completely go back and redo your cahracter after you ascend or something.
