Shiro, for all intents and purposes, is an Assassin without any of the related skills. He is a Factions totem character, much like Varesh is a Dervish and Paragon in Nightfall (but likewise has her own slew of special skills).

First of all, that comment about sins not deserving them was obviously a joke.
Second, and this goes to everyone else from the old merged thread as well that thought only sins should have them, what the hell?
I swear to god, I think many of you people argue just for the sake of arguing. Could any of you seriously believe that there is any reason to prevent anyone other than assassin primaries from using the only sword-like daggers in the entire game?
"Oh, but Shiro was really really skilled!" or "I have a sin primary, and I don't want anyone else to have this because this change wouldn't affect me!", or worse yet, some of you probably just think that limiting thousands and thousands of other people from being able to use them with the characters they want makes them just a tiny bit more interesting to you since you can use them with the character you want. You people are sick.
Most of the people that want to use these daggers are not primary assassins, and yet they're the ones that can't use them.

Hey, you know I killed a lot of people with a scythe on my assassin, maybe the req on that should magically jump to 13 or 15, because he's so skilled with it.

You three actually want this stay limited just because you feel like it, you like that it's the only end-game green in the whole game with a requirement of more than 9, and you believe that every end-game green in the game should be limited to a single profession?
You know, some people would actually like to be able to use these with something other than an assassin primary quite a bit. And as I said, the majority of people that even want to use these at all want to use them on a non-assassin primary. I don't like going on a string of insults, but I have never in my life met people so selfish as this...

I kinda regret the aggressiveness of my last two posts, but my points still stand.

Those are both primary atts. Dagger Mastery isn't. You want to propose changing Shiro's to req. 9 Critical Strikes? Or hell, req. 9 CS + req. 9 Dagger Mastery wouldn't be too godawful.

They're meant to be used by assassins only.

Also, if you want a cool dagger skin, use a weapon spell like Vital Weapon (low energy cost, easily maintained).

None of my posts are arguementitive or agreesive. Please don't sterotype people as selfish because of their opinion over a video game design. I donate plenty of money to charties and do quite a bit of voluntary work ty very much. The personal attacks are not helpful.

I don't "like" how the shiro weapons are currently. I'm fairly indifferent about them. What I don't like is people like you feeling they have some sort of god given entitlement that a.net MUST make these greens just like all the other ones. I'd like to keep it as it is because it is only TWO weapons in the WHOLE game that are like this and you don't really "need" them.

I think I'm one more comment like that from abandoning lame-ass forums anyway...

In fact, screw it. The developers never listen to ideas given on the forums unless you manage to get 90% of the psychopaths that read these things to agree with you anyway (the problem being that you have to get psychos to agree with you, not that you need a majority), and the people on these forums almost never give you any real help with your questions. And any time you post something the moderators don't like, whether it was wrong or rule-breaking or not, they just delete it and any posts that mentioned the one they deleted. So what the hell's the point? It's a waste of time, I am done.
