Background
Sorcerers and Sorceresses that act solely on instict, impulse, and base emotion. Always the most cunning and creative in whatever room they are. They use emotional outbursts of power called surges to damage their enemies and emotional outbursts of defensive power called charges which increase their abilities. The more powerful ones are normally reckless or unstable mentally.

Nickname: Unstable Magician

Basic Statistics
Max Health- 480
Max Energy- 40
Max Weapon- Instable Staff (+8 energy, +5 armor, +20% armor while using a surge)
Max Focus- Instable Focus (+12 energy, +5 armor while affected by a charge, -2 recieved elemental damage)
Max Armor- 60 (+15 vs. elemental damage, -5% damage from all spells while affected by a charge)

New Stuff
Surge-
an offensive release of pure magic to damage enemies, only used by chaotics. Surges have a passive effect of inflicting 1 point of damage to foes who take damage from a surge.

Charge-
a defesive release of pure magic to boost the chaotic's abilities and armor.

Anger-
this builds up just like adrenaline for warriors, every time you suffer damage. 1 point for one instance.

Attributes
Emotion- (Primary Attribute)
For every point in this attribute, charges and surges recharge 4% faster and surges deal 1% more damage.
Rage-
Includes mostly Surges and spells related to offense.
Spite-
Includes mostly defensive spells and charges.
Passion-
Includes some of the most powerful surges that require anger to use.

Skill Samples
Emotion
Rage Masse- 25 energy 4 cast 60 anger 12 recharge
[Elite Surge] create 10 magically constructed shades at your location. The shades will glide away from you in a circle pattern and disappear after 3 seconds or when they hit a foe. All foes hit by the shades suffer 5...80 cold damage. You lose 5 energy for each foe that takes damage.

Rage
Saddening Strike- 5 energy 1 cast 20 recharge
(Surge) target foe is struck for 5...75 damage. If that foe is casting a spell, that foe is struck for an additional 5...25 damage and that spell is interrupted.

Collection of Pain- 15 energy 2 cast 20 recharge
(Surge) all conditions and hexes are removed from one nearbye ally. For each one, target foe is struck for 5...30 piercing damage (maximum 120).

Explosive Cry- 10 energy 1 cast 20 recharge
[Elite Surge] all foes within earshot are knocked down and are struck for 5...100 lightning damage. If you have more then 10 energy, you gain 5...30 health.

Released Emotion- 5 energy 1/2 cast 24 recharge
(Surge) lose all anger points, target foe is struck for 5 lightning damage for each point lost. (maximum 90 damage).

Rampage- 10 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
[Elite Surge] this causes exhausion. All foes within the area are knocked down and suffer 5...85 blunt damage.

Pain Split- 5 energy 1/2 cast 24 recharge
(Surge) pool your health and target foe's health together, the average of that health is returned to your's and target foe's health meter and the remaining is dealt to that foe as damage. (50% chance failure with Rage of 5 or less).(max of 25 damage from remainder)

Spite
Surging Euphoria- 5 energy 1/2 cast 24 recharge
(Charge) all foes in the area who are casting spells that target you are interrupted. For each foe that was interrupted, you gain 10 health (Maximum 60...75).

Psych- 5 energy 2 recharge
(Charge) for 5...30 seconds, you gain +5 armor. This effect stacks every time you recast Psych (maximum armor from this stacking, +30).

Pulse- 5 energy 1/2 cast 12 recharge
(Charge) foes in the area who are attacking lose 1...4 strikes of adrenaline. Foes who were attacking you are knocked down and lose 1...8 strikes of adrenaline.

Evil Thoughts- 5 energy 2 cast 24 recharge
[Elite Charge] if you are the target of a spell, that spell is interrupted and you steal 5...60 health from all undead creatures and spirits in the area (Maximum 100). If any were destroyed as an effect of this skill, you lose 5 energy for each one.

Barrier of Hatred- 5 energy 1 cast 24 recharge
(Charge) create a barrier of hatred around your location to your area for 5...10 seconds. All allies within the barrier have a 45...75% chance to block incoming attacks. All foes within the barrier suffer -1...3 health degeneration and -1...2 energy degeneration.

Peace- 25 energy 3 cast 12 recharge
[Elite Charge] Lose all anger, adrenaline, energy, and enchantments. Create Peace at target other ally's location for 5...10 seconds. All foes within peace cannot cast spells that target an ally or attack.

Passion
Impulse- 20 anger points 1 cast
(Surge) target foe takes 5...35 blunt damage. If that foe was attacking, all foes within the area are knocked down. You lose an additional 5 anger for each foe affected by this surge.

Anger Release- 10 anger points 1/4 cast
(Surge) all foes within the area suffer 5...10 damage for each remaining anger point you have. (Maximum 100 damage) for each affected foe you lose 10 anger.

Hate- 20 anger points 1/2 cast
[Elite Surge] all foes within the area suffer 5...15 cold damage for each remaining anger point you have. (Maximum 100...140 damage). You lose 25 energy.

Hellwave- 120 anger points 4 cast
[Elite Surge] create three hell-like pillars at three random foe's locations within earshot for 3 seconds. All foes coming into contact with these pillars will suffer 5...60 dark damage and suffer -1...3 health degeneration for 10 seconds.

Materialized Aggression- 100 anger points 1 cast
(Surge) Create a nightshade at your location. For 5...15 seconds this being will strike any foe dealing damage to you for 5...40 lightning damage.

Erm... isn't that just a tiny little bit overpowered? 1/2s is impossible to interrupt. 25 energy is not much, in the great scheme of things, neither. And 6 times taking damage is very little. However, 100 warriors dealing 100 damage is massive. This is so powerful it would put every other skill in the game to shame. A lot of your skills are similarly overpowered (though not as much so as this one).

Other than that, its not too bad. Its fairly unique (though your primary is a more powerful expertise) and your skills are fairly innovative, it godly.

I'll tie up the loose ends by switching around the attributes and toning the skills. (I actually meant to put that skill at 4 cast and 30 anger ). (for that skill each individual warrior doesn't do 100 damage, it's like shockwave almost, one quick burst with a neat visual effect to top it off )

Impulsiveness seems to be kind of contradictory to cunning.

hey I'm impulsive and cunning! And confliction within the mind brings up a lot of powerful emotions, so since so much of this class's power resides in how angry or whatever they're feeling, it would seem that having powerful emotions would work well right?

basically whatever is left over after all the average is taken into account.
(if you have 50, target foe has 100, you both have 75 and the foe takes 25 additional damage. if you have 200 and target foe has 500, you both have 350, and target foe takes 25 damage (*meant to put a max damage of 25*)

notsigned with such imba concept skills, the game needs not such an overpowered class with such insane imba skills like your mass warriors concept oO

Mass Warriors- 25 energy 4 cast 60 anger 12 recharge
[Elite Surge] create 100 magically constructed warriors at your location. The warriors will run away from you in a circle pattern and disappear after 4 seconds. All foes hit by the warriors suffer 5...100 damage. You lose 10 energy for each foe that takes damage

absolute killer imba skill, most imbast idea of a concept skill, ive ever seen here ..

u want it balanced, let it look lke this

Mass Warriors 25 energy 5 cast 60 anger 120 recharge
[Elite Surge] create 10 magically constructed warriors at your location. The warriors will run away from you in a circle pattern and disappear after 10-4 seconds. All foes hit by the warriors suffer 5...75 damage. You lose 5 energy for each foe that takes damage. Every of those Warriors dies instantly, when hitten and attacks for a maximum of 1-2 Attacks

THAT's balanced and not so ridiculous outraged godly imba, like your concept of the skill

(Hex Spell) Party suffers for 10-5 seconds 25% more damage, all damage received by the party meanwhile will be converted to a massive sphere of chaos, which will explode after 3 seconds and cause 110 to 150% Damage of the Summary of the Damage received by Party Members to all foes in range of the explosion (max 175), while being under the 25% more received Damage Hex.
So more damage the party receives while being under this Hex, so bigger will become the range of the explosion from the chaos sphere. This Skill will cause Exhaustion.

Surging Euphoria- 5 energy 1/2 cast 24 recharge

just as an fyi, the warriors don't attack they just run out in a circle and die on earshot. That's there only function! (But I see your point.)

Don't have a lot of time so I'll have to be quick.
There is something interesting in the class.

Don't stick them on emo, make it a little more flexible while on the same theme.
I wouldn't play an emo because I'm not a very emotional person(read: cold and dead on the inside )
I would play the MP likeness of immense anger and destructive rage, so powerful the emotions can hurt people.
So keep it open, so it'll work for passion, anger, sympathy stuff like that.

Also the reactions in the brain to powerful emotions distort thought patterns, while you may be cunning while emotional you are always more cunning then you are calm.
Though it's also likely the brain is too lazy to be cunning unless its jump started by something or another, making it seem like you are only cunning while emotional, also you may think you are cunning while you are actually not becasue adrenaline strengthens self confidence, just like thinking you are funny when you are drunk.

But that aside, anger associates with cruel and cruel and cunning are a fun combination

First thing to change, balance, balance, balance and balance, be sure not to forget balance, oh and in case I forgot to mention it: balance.
^^Sorry kinda feel like being annoying.

Emotion & emotional block as an attribute name... I guess it's fine, though I'd go with.
Trauma
Sympathy
Jealousy
Angst
Anger
Passion

Just 'cuz it sounds cooler, emotion is broad and also includes thankfulness, forgiveness, guilt and some others which are less... manly.

As the surges rely on emotion, that would mean the primary deals with emotional intensity.

Don't spawn warriors and beings of pure energy, its off theme; manifest emotions into rage demons or ghosts, this black cloud with lots of red eyes and teeth that steams out from you enveloping foes within it and dealing damage, much more logical than a bunch of random armed guys, even if they are angry.

Lastly an easy way to balance some is to type the damage, currently all of your damage is untyped, meaning its all armor ignoring.
While that's nice its also easily overpowered, only the monk and necro have lots or armor ignoring spells, and even then they have plenty of normal ones as well and usually armor ignoring is fully or partially conditional.
