I agree what is the point it would make warriors pointless they could just add an upgrade like 2 handed axes that req strength or something. Same with swords 2. If u made an executioner it would be invinsible therefore totally pointless.

why should the layout contirbute anything to the overall profession idea?
Also did you read the allthe other posts? Many people helped it and made it alot more origional and unique.

To be more informative, It is just a little part of CCs.
In layouts for me it only goes from -1.0% to 1.50%.
A Layout can help alot in Showing you're CCs.
If a person had a Layout with alot of junk in it, People couldn't read it properly it would be an Eye Sore.
But your's is just 1 sentence, Attbs and Skills and all of these are Scattered everywhere the Thread.

Layout counts for alot, I dont want to even start to read anything messy, especially in the CC forum - Sure my own spelling sucks. But if your trying to make a Fully fleshed out CC (not that you have Funnyman) it has to be put in a way people can be bothered to read

Yeah, it is overpowered, but I had one problem with the concept itself. It's this huge guy, bigger than even a warrior.. and he uses a whip? My only problem with this, other than the skills.

With all the insta-kills this has, it would be extremely hard to balance.
And when it finally is balanced, it wouldn't be much fun to play becasue all you do is either wait for your skills that failed to recharge, or for target foe to meet the really difficult conditions you need to insta-kill.
The best torture skills are the hexes that are a refinement of [skill=text]Barbs[/skill]. Though they would be kinda nice, even if they are kinda covered by Mark of Rothgoth or [skill=text]Glimmering Mark[/skill].
And rage is... well... it's new I'll give you that.
Because of maintained enchantments being pretty strong a class that gains additional energy regeneration through the primary is broken.
You went straight around by gaining additional rage generation through the primary while at the same time gaining a benefit similar to soul reaping by default.
You just made energy mark 2.0 which is new... ...yea... new... I have no clue what to say about it.
Check my slaver it uses whips too, it can torture and educate and 'Restrain Will' probably counts as an insta-kill.
