Assassins/Ritualists are unique career paths in Cantha, you don't get them in Tyria so why would armourers in Tyria make armour for them? Most armourers in Tyria probably have no idea what a Ritualist or an Assassin is. same goes for Dervishes/Paragons. You have to remember that things like this have to have a basis in reality, we can't just be able to do anything and everything because you think it'd be fun, you have to remember the background story. Otherwise we could have Koss armed with gatling gun...

WHAT?
i don't know what plant your from but because of peoples demand they when back and added fow armor for the sin and rit. it has nothing to do with them being from different lands also if that where the case then they wouldn't have any in eotn.

no armour for para/derv factions? Well why not... Anet were dumb enough to create it for Tyria.
Para/Derv Tyrian Armour. No one here say it's EoTN, dont give me that crap. It's still Tyria None-the-less. They did what they said they weren't goin to do. Go back and make amours for professions from past titles.
Stop lying to yourselves. So let's see. I can take my para and derv to Tyria to get armour(s) yet Factions' doesnt even have the armour I can use to fight for my Side?! Isnt factions supposed to have armour(s) for Luxon & Kurzicks no matter what profession?

You can't create a Rit or a Sin in Nightfall, but they have armors.
You can't create anything in EotN, but everyone have armors. It may be logical for core classes, but do you think Norns often go down in Elona ?
And Anton is an Ascalonian Assassin. We know his background, but it's never stated that he goes to Cantha and learns his profession.
IMO it's WAY more logical to see humans starting to make armors for new adventurers which are going to fight for you and are also new customers, than the opposite, especially when they have been running around for 6 years.

This idea is not unique. I'm going to merge with an existing thread.

Anton the Ascalonian assassin goes against AreaNet's own background... Ritualist/Assassin shouldn't get armour in Elona either, and EotN should only sell Tyrian classes' armour. At least, this is what it should be if AreaNet bothered with the background that they've already written, but they have to put up with whiny players who obsess over armour and because they'd quite like to keep their customers, they've given into demands. By doing so, the original background they wrote in the "Manuscripts" that came with the games is now worthless.

Why, because they aren't born in those lands ?
Armorers would be stupid as hell to refuse more customers and thus more money, don't you think ? I'm not quite sure that Rit/Sin/Para/Derv's armors are that hard to make...

To be honest, the lack of Primeval for sins and rits doesn't make any damn sense, since they get Vabbian and Ancient. Especially since the Forgotten offer weapons for them...

Also Hayda, who's presumably Krytan.

Ok. Enough already.
Open the game. Login with a character. Open her inventory. Move the mouse over a piece of armor.
Read.
What does the last line say?
CUSTOMIZED to...
Yeah. they are Custom-made, so a character can give instructions to the crafter about what does she wants, then the crafter measure the character. Then craft the pieces.
Since when do Asura make armor for humans? Since they can measure one.
As I said, the minimum should be 2 normal, 2 elite and 1 endgame for all professions in all campaigns.
So the only ones missing are some in Tyria and some in Cantha.

Oh yeah, because it's SO HARD for Anet to ask their designers to create a few decent-looking armor sets for players, when they can make awesome armors for heroes that the big majority of players don't even farm for.
And the argument I was anwsering at was background. There isn't any logical lore reason not to have those sets.

They could just open another contest so those TexModders send their textures already ready for use in the game.
Reskins for already existing armors would do.
