Central Transfer Chamber Visible on Main Map.
Yes i know where it is, but its the ONLY town i have to scroll about for because its lost in the middle of the mountains.
if you zoom in a bit off, its gone and well...you cant see it from the main map view. Please make the Central Transfer Chamber Visible and CLICKABLE on the main map like most other important locations. |

Hmm. It is in an odd place, but it's not too hard to remember where Yak's Bend is...unless, of course, you don't have prophecies.

where am i complaining? I explain my point of view and give the reasoning behind it. I explain what the issue is and suggest a solution that would certainly take LESS time to implement that say; a HUD update that greys out distant objects.
Hot springs has a visible clickable outpost and NOTHING goes down there, its the case with many towns in GW. the CTC is a MAJOR part of the storyarc, you can warp to it...but you just cant see it on the main map. Honestly i think it was overlooked by the map team more than anything. next time you want to say something totally irrelevant how about you go and: - make your own thread. - type it out. - delete it. it would save us some time. thanks for the tip monique, ill do that. |

I left there and couldn't find it again. Took me about 20 minutes to comb the map looking for the damn thing. Because it's not a part of anywhere you've explored before, I couldn't find it lol. |

Hmm... must admit I don't find it hard to home in on, but then I have the Shiverpeak Arena on my map so when I was fighting the first wave of destroyers ad nauseum for those gloves I'd simply press M zoom out, then zoom in on the red dot in the Shiverpeaks.
I was surprised the first time I realised I was near Dragon's Lair. There is a clickable town icon, what might be a suggestion is for that icon to be made red, that should help the people who don't have the arena? |
