T-shirt armour and normal clothes!
We have been walking and running for many hours wearing heavy armour and sitting in outpost, still wearing heavy armour (except ur doing naughty things) how it sound to wear regular clothes? No fancy, just regular t-shirt and pants.
Armour would be 10-20 and costs 500gp a piece (silk, fur or leather needed)

I'd say no, just because it completely ruins the immersion if your warrior's tooling around in bermuda shorts, flip-flops, and an "I'M WITH STUPID" shirt.
/notsigned and keep that junk in Sims 2.

The cool headwear and stuff introduced in GWEN is as far as it goes IMO, leave that stuff where it belongs.

Ahh yes then all these great fantasy characters can look like one of those slacker kids in the mall. If you want to play dress up like that maybe one of the Barbie series of games is more your speed.

If your warrior is tired form wearing that armor outside, then take it off while in town. Given the setting, it's not a big stretch to walk around bare-chested.
The only suggestion I could get behind would be to have very basic version of some professions' armor available to other professions - it would have very little armor value, but reusing some of the existing armor skins wouldn't be too hard; (mesmers have some "normal clothes-looking" armor pieces)
