Well being that the only way to get the titles is by the boardwalk, and by using lock picks, I though it would be a cool idea if salvaging items would add to the titles. Such as salvaging without breaking the item would add to the lucky title, but breaking the item would add to the unlucky title.
Well anyways what do you guys think?

Hmmm.

Cool idea and the title could use some other method to raise it but I can see how this could be exploited easily by players with high wisdom titles.

This would make it a very unbalanced update where toons with high wisdom would be able to get points much faster in the luck title and toons with lower wisdom would have high unlucky chances.

Would be more reason for Anet to pull there finger out and made Wisdom/Chests account based then wouldn't it. Transferring all items to 1 char and been forced to play 1 char or miss out of chests is getting lame.

Id love this to happen, its so hard and nothign more than a money sink to get the higher ranks. Im at lvl 3 and its gonna take forever to get higher with out constant games or something. That being said i think the boxing and stuff thats coming will also make it easier to get this title higher

I cant say I agree entirely with this. I think the lucky bonus should be switched with the treasure hunter bonus. Lucky should include the games, lockpicks, and salvaging; treasure hunter should be exclusively lockpicks. Maybe 1 or 2 points only for salvaging items though, its far too easy to get the items to salvage.

It might be easy to get salvage items but it takes years and mass money if you only do the rings of chance and lockpicks, and really I dont think people want to wait a few years to max this because Anet only puts in the Gambling 1 to 2 times a year which makes no sense in its self. A 24/7 constant open area for the rings of chance would help alot but it would still take mass money and days to max instead of years. like have a NPC that takes you to a rings of chance town or such, it would not only help with the title but also a HUGE GOLD SINK, every time the rings come I spend a few 100k on tickets so it would deffintly help the Gold economy.
