New PvP Reward System
This would totally require a huge change and probably wouldn't happen anyways but still...
A lot of PvPers are eventually going to cap out on Balth (or already have) and will have nothing to buy. They will become UAX. Whats the point in doing 99% of PvP then?
Titles.
Eventually players will max those all out.
What then?
Why not add something new? Of course if a player isn't maxed out on balth / titles, this could help advance them!

Features:
*Honor: You gain honor by completing objectives, killing your foes, or doing other such things.
*Plaque: An item you gain in various ways (actually added to your inventory). There is many different versions, and each version is in its own stack. Plaque's may not be traded, and are account based.
*A new Title track: Related to the total amount of Honor your account has recieved.
*Getting voted a leecher, etc, in an arena voids all Honor + Plaque's you would recieve from the match.
*A different reward system for each type of PvP, lower tiered PvP such as RA gets less Honor, while higher PvP such as GvG gets much much more. Each type of PvP also has its own rewards as well.
*All honor gains apply to your team. So if an ally kills a foe in Random Arenas, you as a monk get 5 Honor. This allows support classes to get rewards.
*All Honor gains are given at the end of a match. For example, if your team kills 3 foes before anyone dies in Random Arenas, you get +30 Honor, not 5+5+5+15+30.
*The Killing X foes without anyone on your team dying, only applies to unique kills. Killing a rezzed foe doesn't count towards it.
Rewards Systems:
Random Arenas:
*Winning a match: +5 Honor, 1 Plaque of Random Arenas
*Winning a match with a flawless victory: +10 Honor, 2 Plaques of Random Arenas
*5 Consecutive Bonus: +15 Honor, +1 Plaque of Random Arenas
*10 Consecutive Bonus: +30 Honor, +1 Plaque of Random Arenas
*Killing a foe: +5 Honor
*Having control of a shrine (if applicable) at the end of the match: +5 honor.
*Killing 2 foes without anyone on your team dying: +15 Honor
*Killing 3 foes without anyone on your team dying: +30 Honor
*Killing 4 foes without anyone on your team dying: +60 Honor
*Perfect Victory (when you win the match, all 4 members of your party have full health): +10 Honor
*Sneak Attack (a member of your party kills a foe before they take any damage): +25 Honor
*Suicidal Onlooker (a foe kills himself from the effect of a skill, such as them having Backfire on them and they cast a spell and die): +15 Honor
Buyable at the Random Arena's Priest of Balthazar:
-Flame of Balthazar: 1,000 Honor + 25 Plaque's of RA
-Golden Flame of Balthazar: 2,500 Honor + 70 Plaque's of RA
-Gladiator Token: (+5 to your Gladiator title, single use, nontransferable.) 10,000 Honor + 100 Plaque's of RA
Team Arenas:
*Winning a match: +10 Honor, 1 Plaque of Team Arenas
*Winning a match with a flawless victory: +20 Honor, 2 Plaques of Team Arenas
*5 Consecutive Bonus: +30 Honor, +1 Plaque of Team Arenas
*10 Consecutive Bonus: +60 Honor, +1 Plaque of Team Arenas
*Killing a foe: +10 Honor
*Having control of a shrine (if applicable) at the end of the match: +10 honor.

-Golden Flame of Balthazar: 2,500 Honor + 50 Plaque's of TA
-Gladiator Token: (+5 to your Gladiator title, single use, nontransferable.) 8,000 Honor + 75 Plaque's of TA
-Special Weapons + Armor Skins: (note: these would be original and only found HERE, including some existing PvE skins though) 1,000-15,000 Honor + 25-100 Plaque's TA per skin.
Alliance Battles:
*+1 Honor for every point you gain.
*Killing an opposing player: +5 Honor
*Killing an opposing NPC: +1 Honor
*Victory: +100 Honor at Saltspray Beach, +50 Honor if you win on a place that favors your side, +150 Honor if you win on a place that doesn't favor your side, +2 Plaque's of AB at Saltspray, +3 if you win on a place that doesn't favor you, +1 Plaque's if you win on a place that does favor you.
Buyable at the Alliance Battle's Priest of Balthazar:
-Flame of Balthazar: 1,000 Honor + 25 Plaque's of AB
-Golden Flame of Balthazar: 2,500 Honor + 70 Plaque's of AB
-Faction Token: (+2000 to chosen Faction title, single use, nontransferable.) 5,000 Honor + 25 Plaque's of AB
Hero Battles:
*+2 Honor for every point you gain.
*Killing an opposing player: +10 Honor
*Killing an opposing NPC: +5 Honor
*Victory: +50 Honor +10 Honor for every capture shrine you had under your control at the point of victory + 1 Plaque of HB
*Flawless Victory: +100 Honor + 15 Honor for every capture shrine you had under your control at the point of victory +2 Plaque's of HB.
Buyable at the Hero Battle's Priest of Balthazar:
-Flame of Balthazar: 1,000 Honor + 25 Plaque's of HB
-Golden Flame of Balthazar: 2,500 Honor + 70 Plaque's of HB
-Commander Token: (+1 to Commander title, single use, nontransferable.) 5,000 Honor + 25 Plaque's of HB
-Mini-Hero's: (purchase a miniture version of any hero you have unlocked that doesn't already have a mini (like Koss) in their current hero armor (if you PvE and HB that is) 25,000 Honor + 150 Plaque's of HB.
Heroes Ascent:
There would be a lot of unique objectives here based on map for various amount of Honor. I don't have this listed yet cause I have too many good ideas. I'll post this later...
Buyable at the Heroes Ascent's Priest of Balthazar:
-Flame of Balthazar: 1,000 Honor + 25 Plaque's of HA
-Golden Flame of Balthazar: 2,500 Honor + 70 Plaque's of HA
-Fame Token: (+5 to Hero title, single use, nontransferable.) 5,000 Honor + 25 Plaque's of HA

FA would have a lot lower Honor gain than JQ, and have less rewards (because its more popular). JQ would have a higher honor gain, more unique rewards, new minis not found at HA/HB trainers, special weapon + armor skins, etc! Stuff to get people to JQ more often :P
Guild versus Guild:
*Winning a match: +100 Honor, 1 Plaque of GvG
*Killing a foe: +15 Honor
*Having control of the flag stand (if applicable) at the end of the match: +50 honor.
*Killing 2 foes without anyone on your team dying: +45 Honor
*Killing 3 foes without anyone on your team dying: +90 Honor
*Killing 4 foes without anyone on your team dying: +180 Honor
*Killing 5 foes without anyone on your team dying: +360 Honor
*Killing 6 foes without anyone on your team dying: +620 Honor
*Killing 7 foes without anyone on your team dying: +1,240 Honor
*Killing 8 foes without anyone on your team dying: +2,480 Honor
*Perfect Victory (when you win the match, all 8 members of your party have full health): +150 Honor
*Sneak Attack (a member of your party kills a foe before they take any damage): +50 Honor
*Suicidal Onlooker (a foe kills himself from the effect of a skill, such as them having Backfire on them and they cast a spell and die): +50 Honor
*Having any other shrine *such as the Health shrine on Isle of Wurms* capped at the end of the match: +35 Honor
*Defeating the enemy Guild Lord before VoD: +100 Honor
*Win the match with your Guild Lord below 50% Health: +150 Honor
*Win the match with your Guild Lord below 25% Health: +300 Honor
*Win the match with your Guild Lord below 10% Health: +600 Honor
Buyable at the Guild Hall's Priest of Balthazar:
-Flame of Balthazar: 1,000 Honor + 10 Plaque's of GvG
-Golden Flame of Balthazar: 2,500 Honor + 25 Plaque's of GvG
-Champion Token: (+1 to Champion title, single use, nontransferable.) 5,000 Honor + 25 Plaque's of GvG
-New Minis!! (different ones than other trainers) 10,000-25,000 Honor + 10-100 Plaque's of GvG
-Special Weapons + Armor Skins: (note: these would be original and only found HERE, including some existing PvE skins though, different than the HA/TA ones!!!) 1,000-15,000 Honor + 10-100 Plaque's of GvG per skin.
-Aura's (a unique aura glow that you can toggle between the collectors one or the GvG ones, these are all different than the collectors one but similarish): 25,000 Honor + 150 Plaque's of GvG

I like how you put a lot of enthusiam into giving UAX players something to do, however, I have over 540 Balthazar tokens from unused faction in my storage. I'd rather have usage for that. Trading 5k Balthazar for 1,000 Gold, seem like a comparable compromise? 5 Balthazar tokens = 1k. I have 540+. Let's do it!

I'll say it again... next time I'll open a new thread, XD.
1. Rename "Tournament Tokens" to "Zaishen Tokens".
2. Add Collectors for them, that trade drinks, sweets, indetification kits, salvaging kits...
(And maybe upgrades so PvP characters using PvP tournamet rewards can add modifiers to them without having to buy them to PvE characters)

LoL I strongly suggest checking how high are the max ranks for PvP titles and getting to know how far from that are the highest ranked players. I expect only a handful players to ever get a max PvP title unless a drastic change to the titles will happen. And that's only if they keep playing hardcore for years to come (we may see first rank15 Hero mid 2008 but I wouldn't count on max Glad or Champ in '08).
As for the reward system, I'd rather see some real use for Balthazar Faction, the increasing Maximum Balthazar Faction Cap, Tournament Tokens...

Ummm.... no? Who do you know that is R12 Champ? Who do you know that is R15 Hero? How many people are R12 Glad? How many people have "1337 Skillz" (R7 Gamer). I don't know of anyone who has any of those, tbh. Chop Chop doesn't have R12 champ, leeloof doesn't have r15 hero (as far as I know). So, there is still a lot left to be had in PvP.
Also, IMO, they should reward Champ title with emotes, much like the Hero title. Champ is so much more difficult to get, but the only reward is the actual title.

1stly I know a few r13/14 hero ranks...r10 glad and r5 i think champion so its not impossible really although ANET add to the titles if someone gets fessibly within maxing it xD but....

As a PvE'er who doesn't really touch PvP i have no objection to Anet devoting the next big update to PvP. and i think that looks a nice idea
But please PLEASE no new mini's that are PvP only.
ok then one, as with the Black Moa there are now 2 PvE ones (mini mallyx i think is obtainable though pricey/hard work) and only one PvP one (Ghostly Hero)
If Anet did add more mini's that come from this, could i request they are gained through AB, as that's a PvE/PvP hybrid.

I fail to understand some points like:
*Having your Guild Lord with 10% Hp: why would you get more points if your guild lord has less hp? I mean this more or less hp has no sense in this game since we have HEALING
*Perfect Victory (when you win the match, all 8 members of your party have full health): Like i said before, we have healing, and at the end of each match you are healed if you dont remember.

If you kill the enemy Guild Lord with your guild lord having 10% hp, it means it was a very close call.

Before your team gets full healed is when it would be checked.

Well, the TRP system would have to be shifted to have the absolute MOST EPIC skins, so that this system wouldn't outdo it, but it would be a way to get new armor/wep skins to make your PvP chars look cool for the casual guy, which is always nice.
