Just some new suggestions for that the GW online store could add so if there is another BMP people won't have to buy a bunch of character slots. Think some of these would be kind of cool.

1) Character Name Change
2) Character Appearance Customization (Ex. Hair, height, face, gender)
3) Missed Pre-order weapons/items
4) Missed festival hats (if your account was around at the time but you missed the event)
5) BMP (wouldn't count towards any future BMPs)
6) Custom Guild Emblem

Been suggested before-Not going to happen any time soon from what we have seen. Plus, charging won't help people that can't/don't want to buy from the Online store.

Again, suggested before, and again for the same restrictive reasons for some buyers.
3) Missed Pre-order weapons/items
A MAYBE answer from me. Not all the pre-order items are that great, but make decent weapons for starters or hero's until you find something better.
4) Missed festival hats (if your account was around at the time but you missed the event)
NO! As though I know many would like to obtain missed hats, other like their hats since not EVERYONE has the same hat. Also, another previously suggested idea restrictive for some buyers.
5) BMP (wouldn't count towards any future BMPs)
Been suggested TO DEATH over the past few weeks/months. Not going to happen anytime soon, but that doesn't mean it can't/won't happen. Main argument for for some players was the buying access with Credit Cards or other forms of payment. Like your other suggestions, there will be people who can't or will not buy from the online store due to purchase access.
6) Custom Guild Emblem
I /sign for this idea. I would like to see more Guild Emblems to help add more options and diversify the looks of the guild capes. Again the whole buying issue, but still /signed on this one idea.

As much as I'd like to see a computer system that can implement custom drawings to a 3D skeleton from players that would make drawings with impossible detail, dimentions, and form, I'm going to have to say that's a tad much to ask.
