2 points would be extra fricken crappy. Get a stack of 250 and then you have 500 luxon or kurzick. Collecting 250 items and redeeming for so little is pointless

How about 1 point for every 2gp it's worth from a store.

For example, the merchant will buy it for 56 gold, you would be able to exchange it for 28 faction.

Not what I was expecting, but I like this idea! Definitely beats merching all that crap for ~30g by a mile, and anything that can ease the pain of point/faction farming is all right by me.

Nice idea (doing it too in ascalon once a week), but not realistic, unless we have a tradehouse.

On the other hand, i prefer people getting nicer items whilst getting through the game. Have a little faith in the gamedrops imo.

Well no, but using white items to get point for title. I would because it will save my time. Exchange useless stuffs for something permanent on your character which cost your time. I would. Dont know but it sounds kinda weird. It lacks the meaning of title itself. Title = archievment not how much money do you get. That's why Anet forbid people buying ranked accounts on Ebay. For this case, buying money on Ebay then buy white items and exchange it for title. No it's dump! lol

Wow, did not expect so many people to /sign this.

I assume that Heroes' free weapons, and weapons from Weaponsmiths and Collector's can't be donated, nor any Customised weapons.

Its not just Whites. If you want to donate your r9 Elemental Sword, go for it!!
