Bonus Mission Pack - Hard Mode
This would be an idea hopefully not too difficult to implement (needs a bit of adjustement regarding map/mob balance) and it could both offer what some players have been asking since the first day when details about the BMP have been revealed and an additional challenge, while keeping the nice special status of the BMP (it could actually possibly justify to sell it in the in-game store, but let's not discuss this here as there are many threads about this topic already!)
The idea: BMP HM, available when you've completed the BMP NM. Mobs would be higher of course BUT it would be played "co-op", meaning each member of the party can be played by a player! This could balance the added difficulty of higher level mobs.
Note: I haven't finished/completed the BMP, so there may be problems with some parts I haven't played yet. Suggestions welcome!

-I think-
the idea was to make a few shekels...not put more into it and lose money. if they intended for it to be co-op, it would have been so. as far as HM..Meh no need.

I'm sure that neither you nor me are Anet and the Sardelac Sanitarium should not take this into account, since at the end of the day we have no idea what's really into their heads (though a lot of GWGers pretend that they know). So I guess you're a /notsigned.

Then again....you would think, after they made HM for the 3 games, whenever they made a new expansion a light bulb would go off and someone would say, "we night want to make a HM version, huh?"

Please read the original post. I thought the interesting aspect was the multi-player part, which was even one of the first whine after BMP info were released. So I guess it's another /notsigned?

well we're not talking an expansion here. we're talking about quests with cut-scenes. trust me...it would cost them more time/monies then it's worth to add this. perhaps after shelling out to their backers...it might get added...but don't go holding your breath.

OP: I read the original post and was agreeing, actually saying that, after the interest in HM with the series, they would have in the pipe a HM for these two. I know it takes time, but I'd think they might realize how popular it is.
Read the response better?

nah someone mentioned this idea to me, i dont think it needs HM cos its only there as a bit of fun. A history lesson for all those who care so to speak. Plus there are no drops? dont people stick to HM cos its more profitable? i mean only thing that could come of this is maybe a bigger cash reward? I mean you still get ya book and still get a weapon out of it.
yeah no need really for a HM option. Also would have to make all the NPCs with you a higher level and well that just meses up the time space continuum and would cause a deadly paradox due to the events that take place happening as they happened not in any other way XD lol
no but seriously not needed.

Coop mode, duh, its kinda more fun that way. Not everything needs material reward to be worth playing.
wouldn't you want to play Togo mission with your friend being talon? Or do Turrais with your guildies being army at your command? That sounds like pure awesomeness to me.
Plus, your co-players could have their own discoveries ("you discovered how ancient sunspears worked together to create unpenetrable defense (no ally died during mission)")
Plus, i can imagine HM book to be used to get upgraded weapon (i.e. instead of plain uninscribed weapon, you get one with 15^50, 30 hp and random prefix...) or the fact tha HM books would be tradeable and/or swapable among character (to owers of bmp only, ofc.)
