Cross Continent Collectors
There have been quite a few threads floating around lately wanting special armours and items for those with all 4 campaigns. While I disagree with just giving people rewards for simply owning a game, I'll agree that those of us with all four campaigns are often looking for more things to do.
My suggestion would be cross continent collectors. Now and then in every map I think we should have a collector who requires things from another campaign. For instance, he might be in Old Ascalon asking for Putrid Cysts, or Destroyer cores. For giving him these things he could give you some added collector item like a new armour piece, a new weapon, or even just something you don't usually get from collectors like a white or black dye, or even just a normal coloured dye. This would add a bit more storyline as well as giving those of us with all 4 campaigns something more to do other than title grind. I don't suggest anything that would give us an advantage, but something that would both entice people to purchase all 4 campaigns, as well as keep we others occupied.
What do you all think? I tried to do a search, but I would even know where to start, so I apologise if this idea already exists.

Just buy the destroyer cores and putrid cysts, go to ascalon and have w/e the collector has. No need for more than 1 campaigen for that.

Point taken, but that also means that people can't complain about being unable to access this content. Therefore it leaves it up to choice if you want to get the stuff yourself or just be lazy and buy.

That's also true, but kinda annoying. It felt really hard when NF and GW:EN came out as I couldnt buy them yet. I've heard so many and stuff, but it killed me that I couldnt play it. It even got me to a break for few months. You should focus on something that shouldnt bother you SO MUCH that you dont have a campaigen, stuffs like armor and weapons will only get peoples to whine.

But on topic, I agree, I would ADORE more cross continental quests. I really enjoyed the quests we had to do to get the heroes from Tyria and Cantha and would love to see some more quests along these lines developed.

Anyways, on topic: I wouldn't put armors or weapons simply because people would get PO'd. Black and White dyes may ruin the dye economy as unless you ask for 50-100 of the item, the dyes would be considerably cheaper. How about a NEW color of dye, like some of the mixtures from the older dye system?

Now that would be an idea. I just think that collectors need something a little more unique that you actually WANT to trade for...

I agree with the OP in that it would be nice to have cross-continent collectors, but, I'm not sure just collectors for any old weapons would do.
How about a sort of "receipe" thing for unique-skinned weapons? Perhaps put the collectors in some of the less-visited regions, for example:
A collector in The Falls could offer a unique skinned sword, hammer, scythe and wand for, say, 3 stormy eyes, 2 destroyer cores, 3 venerable mantid pincers and 6 cobalt talons, for instance. Another could be in, say, Nahpui Quarter explorable giving celestial weapons for a different concoction of collector's items. There could be a collector deep in Rragrar's Menagerie giving away flesh-reavery themed weapons in return for several different items.
The cross-campaign quests would also be great .

With my idea, any new collector weapons could then be traded to people who don't have all campaigns (that, or the collector items themselves could be traded), it may make more difficult-to-get collector items more pointful, and worth the time to try to acquire, whilst also allowing anyone to access or use them.

The Black Moa Chick was one of the best things they added to the game.

Hey, in Anet they say that they try to make quest so they do not make us feel like 'delivering things'...
...but a few of those are not bad, either.
A good reward for those that acquire all campaigns, also.
There could even be some that require just a couple of campaigns or so.
They could even be completely random, you are walking in an area, and oh! A collector has an exclamation mark. You go to the collector and pick the quest. You are asked to bring 5 different items from completely random monsters. They could all be in the same campaign or be from 2, 3 or 4 different campaigns.
They could even ask for items other than trophies, like a Dwarven Ale or an Identification kit.
