If we could "program" a hero to favor certain skills in certain scenarios, that would help.

Each skill as a hidden description that tells the AI when to use, this description is in cases such as [skill=text]Well of blood[/skill](and you say [skill=text]Warrior's Endurance[/skill] has it too) optimized for a particular mob with a particular build.
Being able to change this description with a few simple keys like;
[skill=text]Protective Spirit[/skill]
Use on: party members only
When: health is below 75% AND: there is a foe in the aggro circle of that party member. OR: that ally just took over 50% of his max health as damage.
Just the same way we are able to set a skill to disabled for a hero.

Yea sure let's make ursan unbalance things even more.
It should be a challance to come up with good builds, not to have "1 build to rule them all" and a "all for a tritle track, a title track for all" that is just boring.
And Anet would be making the game harder, as every1 plays a SY war/para or a ursan group, they'd be complaining vanquising is too easy and that their titles wheren't worth anythign anymore.
/no thank you

Those are limited to a certain area, just like skills like the disarm sentry trap skill and that bottle thing that makes Nightfall demons hurtable by damage that is not armor ignoring, it would be quite usefull if heroes could use those yea.
/signed, more for the sentry trap and the like than the celestials though.

Counting the average time it has taken for most of the Pugs I've done there, I agree, for some reason all the people whose head is more than just a decoration for their shoulders seem to be in ohter area's of the game.
