Reviving Motivation
Motivation needs to see some better direct play.
I propose that all the motivation skills nerfed (Song of Restoration, Energizing Finale, Ballad of Restoration, etc.) get returned to their original state. In addition, remove the recharge from GftE and maybe bump the adrenaline cost to 5 if necessary.
With that, in order to prevent abuse from an entire party of Paragons, make the Finales like Soul Reaping. AKA they can only get triggered a certain number of times in a certain period of time, say, for example, 2 times every 7 seconds. The exact number can be changed to make it balanced but still playable. This would prevent all-Paragon parties from triggering them every second and reaping insane benefits, while allowing the motivation line to see more play as a stand-alone.

Yes, the balence of paragons is a massive fail, they need to find a way to make some other options vaible but not overpowering.
How? Thats their job.

Motivation is fine, the only problem is the power is yours. 2 motivation paras in PVE usually = god mode anyway.

I find that command and leadership are lacking good skills, while motivation has quite a few. My issue w/ paras is that there are a few really good skills, and the rest are virtually throw-away...

Paragons are the single best PvE class in the game. What else is there to ask for? If they buff motivation, then I propose all smiting prayers skills to be buffed to 300+ damage a hit. That way, smiting can see play too.

Paragons could have some more skills added to old campaigns or something like that. They somehow lack unconditional stuff. They have a bit too much 'ifs' in their skill descriptions.

The pre-nerf Light of Deliverance was basically the entire motivation line in one skill. I think that's saying something.
Paragons are the best class in PvE right now because of 2 PvE skills. Seriously, a class that exists like that is really pathetic.

Paragons are still probably the best class in the game.
PvE, they're obviously the best, because they can heal as well as deal good dmg.
If you ever watch obs mode in Double Champ Weekend in PvP, there are usually at least 3 guilds using Paraway to farm champ points.
Basically, if you buff Motivation, all you'll see is holding builds in HA again, and make Paraway for GvG even more used.

Then you're bad at the game. Paragon is the best class in the game, hands down, bar none.

Unfortunately - this is one of those things that are "Buff it will be overpowered, Nerf it will be underpowered" things.
